Notes:
So, I'm still processing the finale, just thinking about it still makes my heart hurt :( I really, really loved the friendship between these two, and I'm going to miss it so much, so I really wanted to make some kind of a tribute to it. The song is Michael Giacchino's 'We're Friends', which I thought was fitting. It was really hard to find one that worked, tho, as the music in that final scene is so epic on its own-- and also gave me a bunch of trouble when I was trying to use dialogue from it :S It took me forever to get it down to something I was satisfied with, but apologies if the bg music is still a bit distracting. I did my best, and I hope you'll enjoy it anyway.

Great video. It truly captured their friendship. And to think that they had known each other for only about 3 or 4 years yet developed more of a friendship than Mitchell had with Herrick after over a century says volumes.
I don't care what BBC says, this how ended when these two stopped being in it.

For me this has been one of the best bromances in the series, I love the relationship between Geoge and Mitchell from the first chapter was unconditional support and affection, Aidan Turner is a good actor because where he acts he always does chemistry with female protagonists and also with actors males make bromance relations with them

It is better that they aren't gay. Think about it. For these 2 to be as comfortable with each other as they were and totally hetero tells just how close they were. Kinda like Turk and JD.

It hurt the first time i watched mitchell die because i loved the dynamic between george, mitchell and annie... and to be honest i kinda shipped mitchell and annie..... but once mitchell and george went the only comfort i found was the when annie crossed over i hoped george, mitchell and nina were waiting for her behind that door
