Can you use these with the One to many setup on a Gigabit switch with SFP outputs? If I have a standard 4k HDMI over CAT6 input to the Switch, can I use 4 of the CAT6 outputs and 2 SFP units to give 6 screens video? Say 3 of them at 150', one at 250' and two more at about 600'?

I'm confused though. If SFP+ maximum is 10G, but HDMI 2.0a is 18 Gbps, how can it be lossless?
