  • We purchased our new Barrel Pro Classic Size Smoker last month and using it for the first time today. We decided to smoke chicken quarter legs on the smoker for our fist flight and they turned out great.

Chicken has a built-in thermometer, grabbed the leg bone and give it a twist. If it’s starts to come out it’s done.

Don't bring or ship one. Wait till you get back here and buy one from Barrel Pro. They put out an excellent product. They definitely satisfied this old hard to please consumer of goods. Thanks and hope to see you back in the Phil soon!

After reflecting on my first smoking experience, I think next time I will follow your advice and bump up the heat a little higher. Also, the meat thermometer is an absolute must, so I will wait for mine to arrive before I go again. Thanks and hope all is well.

We bought our BP Classic Size Smoker from Barrel Pro (highly recommended) and we paid 14,500p. I will add the links to their website and social media sites in the description of this video above. Thanks and have a great day!

Raise a pig and start the meat from scratch. The chicken looks epic.
