I got really pissed when I saw the thumbnail because i thought it was a spoiler but now that I've played the game I'm legitimately disappointed that volcano Lapras does not exist. :C

Hula is actually gender neutral.
Not about gender, its the fact that Jinx is a pokemon that hypnotizes others with dancing and the swaying of her hips. Sounds ideal for a hula dancer pokemon

Clefable is SOOOOOOO CUTE! We should add a minor detail where it steals Poke Dolls and plays with them, to explain the new Dark typing.

I wish Nintendo would hire these great designers that I see on multiple sites designing things like this. After seeing how cool these forms are compared to the ones Nintendo created, it makes me angry that they don't hire all these people!

Alolan Electrode would've made a lot of sense in the new games. You can find items underwater while riding on Lapras.

Mngalahad I raised one in my Pokémon moon, and here are my nitpicks and things I live about it.
The 4x weakness to ground is SO BAD. One earthquake and he’s dead.
It’s special attack is actual trash.
However, while its special attack is trash, it’s physical attack is AMAZING!
No way, the one we got is way more creative and actually makes sense
But railguns are cool!

Most of these are cooler than all of the actually Alolan forms... Their are good ones tho, Raichu cubone and nineties are cool
ShadowStarter I like how Muk looks now. Pokemon Sun was the only game that had a pure non starter poison type on my team and that was Muk.

Am I the only one who really doesn't like Alolan Raichu that much? Raichu is one of my favorite Pokemon, yet the Alolan form doesn't do anything for me. In particular, I don't like how they made it smaller and rounded off all the sharper edges off the design. It looks less like the adult-stage of Pikachu's evolution and more like the child-stage of the token Pikachu knock-off you see every generation.
That Dark/Fairy Clefable looks awesome!

Alolan Wigglytuff is my favorite. I just love toasted marshmallows so much. Plus, we haven't gotten a Fire/Fairy type yet. This is a really good list.

I think rapidash would be better off with the ability levitate so only rock would be 4x effective my opinion tho
will riseabove 2x, according to gen 7 and past gens I've played, rock type does normal damage against electric type

This is dope guys, I'm not really that into Pokemon anymore but I stumbled upon this and it's dope! I used to live in Hawaii coincidentally and local people are seemingly usually hesitant about themed stuff like this it feels like but this, this is really good. Good job guys

Funny how they came up with a design for an Alolan Golem and there is one that isn't the type they thought of instead rock electric.
Watching this again after Sun and Moon were released:
-Nothing pops up related to Lapras, Jynx, Electrode, Rapidash, Clefable, or Wigglytuff
-Salazzle pops up as a fire/poison.. well, salamander. Close-ish to Arbok here.
-Alolan Golem pops up, with a railgun rather than a cool Obsidian-skin.
-Alolan Machamp is designed around the possibility of an increased focus on electric terrain.
Cue Tapu Koko instead.
-Alolan Dragonite - fighting/dragon before Kommo-o-o-o-o-ooo, yeah?

Alolan Golem looks so much better here than in the actual games. I honestly wish the official design looked like that.

Lucario having a regional variant that is Fighting/Psychic type and fights with an aura staff weapon would be so amazing I think.
I think Lapras would be a bad idea for an Alolan form pokemon personally, since it was a pokemon that lived in the sea and in tropic areas already.

since most of us play sun and moon im beginning to be amazed by kantonian forms of pokemon
i love alolan machamp and alolan rappidash its nice to bring the trio back with alolan jynx
If it's some consolation, here's what we have a few years after this video:
- Lapras gets a Gigantamax Form in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
- Electrode gets a Hisuian Form in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and is Electric/Grass type.
- Golem does get an Alolan Form with an obsidian-based design, though its typing is Rock/Electric.
- Rapidash gets a Galarian Form which is Psychic/Fairy, making it more unicorn-like, rather than pegasus-like.
- Machamp gets a Gigantamax Form in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
So, half of the Pokemon on the list have something so far. Yay! (I still wish that Alolan Clefable was real. It's adorable.)
Honestly, the Alolaian forms are amazing, I love the Eggsecutor tall tree form, and I may even collect one in the new game, rather then avoid them like I usually do, I also really like these ideas.

those are the most awesonest pokemon ive ever seen
5:40 to 5:57 Actually, in the form of a solid rock, obsidian actually IS very durable. It's only when you carve it into thin, tool-like shapes that it actually becomes fragile. Granted, it's only so sturdy in solid form for the same reason making ANYTHING super-thick makes it a lot sturdier, but still!
Also, for your Alolan Rapidash, you should lose the lightning bolt-shaped horn. Not only does it look a bit silly, but it beats your own intended goal of adding a pegasus to the Pokemon roster. Having that horn there makes it an alicorn, not a pegasus. :P

Alolan Golem may have gotten a chance in Sun and Moon, but I think that with it's Galvanize ability, a Choice Band, and Explosion, it's probably one of the BEST options for the Battle Royal Dome, wouldn't you agree?

I think that if they are going to make an Alolan Voltorb and electrode, they have to be COCONUTS! The typing would be water/ grass or any other typings mixed with water.
I think that alolan arbok would steal a tapu koko mask, become electric poison, and have a move that makes the opponent think that it is the tapu and lowers their attack stat

Even though its been a while since it release, I was actually, believe it or not, wanting to see an alolan form for Tropius. I mean, why not? It's a flying fruit dinosaur with a name given to the location the game is based on; the TROPICS
It's funny looking back at this video to see that the only Alolan form that came to fruition was the Geodude line. And even then, it's Electric/Rock type, not Steel/Ground.
