Karpie Diem in anxiety | 2022 (Denmark Diaries)

This need to be set into the context that for all of the earlier parts of the year I had the most violent somatic OCD & panic (Invisible smoke-video), and in these clips I was on lots of medication.. and still felt like shiiit. I was activated constantly, my head just spinning and my vision with it. I probably slept so much, because of how sensitized I was. Everything hit me like acid.

This video was relatable. I also don't do well to change and new things. I prefer my comfort. New Years Eve is coming and I always tend to feel sad because the year is ending. This video was a much needed distraction from my sad and overthinking thoughts.
