1:00:45 Most underrated game for Razorfist: Thief series, Breath of Fire, Mana
Most underrated game for Terran: Crystalis and P. Eve
1:05:36 It's tough but Raz0rfist might prefer Three Stooges and Terran prefers Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. Raz0rfist was obsessed with Three Stooges as a kid and asked the barber to give him the Moe haircut, and it was for a longer time, and then he got the Shemp.

There's a Nosferatu BD by Druillet. It actually is SR-ish in a way: lone vampire wandering a dying world, having depressing monologues along the way. And it's in b&w which isn't typical for Druillet, the art is great tho (which IS typical for him).
You know, the original Soul Reaver always did feel to me as if it could've been something out of Metal Hurlant orbit. The look and feel of the world and characters, the writing.

4:04:45; Re: What would you do with the Punisher? I've often felt the Punisher is an ideal candidate to become Marvel's Shadow.
-Frank Castle decides his solo war on crime has to evolve, that the Punisher needs to become a bigger idea than just one man, a symbol for powerless victims of brutal injustice to stand behind.
-Some time later, Castle 'dies.' However, his body disappears from the morgue.
-Some more time later, a man wearing his outfit, his face concealed by a mask/helmet, starts brutally rescuing people from street trash, recruiting some as agents, others as informants.
-This, of course, leads to speculation. Is Castle still alive? Or is this an apprentice continuing his work?
Of course, Marvel have next to no respect for this character they view as little more than a thug, so they'll never do anything like this.

Yeah the "made to sound popular" comment takes a more literal turn when you get one of those apps that listens to a tune and puts it into a search engine and tries to guess what song you're trying to search for. I did that with the "instrumental" of an older song and got 101 hits. None of them was the song I used in the search, but it gave me results like, Taylor Swift, CardiB, hell even one of Tom Macdonald's songs. I was just sitting there reading the list counting all the "popular" artists from America and it came out to a staggering 85% of the results were american "musicians." No wonder I can't listen to radio without wanting to jab an icepick through my eardrums, it's all the same shit as the real popular music of yesterday. Although it also makes sense as to why I prefer old music when I do listen to it.

Hey, everybody! Since I gave you some top villains/antagonists/bad guys/bad gals last week (I actually had a longer list, and many times backspace since words won't work!), if interested, from my mixed meme-machine multiple-choice memory from a fuzzy childhood onward, these are the most admirable fictional characters I could think of including from The Wild Robot, my favorite movie of 2024! Unfortunately, I think it kinda devolved into a bland action movie but nothing bad! Remember how the first Iron Man (2008) movie kinda devolved into a rock 'em sock 'em robot fight! Bland, not bad.
The first 45 minutes, at least, was masterful! I heard that it was more of an adult movie than a kids movie but I disagree. It's a kids movie that adults can enjoy imo. I don't think it's like Inside Out 1 (I didn't like the sequel. It was touchy feely nonsense imo. It makes no sense imo ruining the abstract aspect...it give the emotions their own emotions and...I liked the first one so I was out of my mind watching...then against, I don't think I'm an introvert so...what's the difference?) where I thought it was a really neat fairy tale that had a kinda Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind thing going on that more adults would appreciate and...I know there's exceptions. I was interested in psychology when I was a kid but I don't think it has the simplicity of Beauty and the Beast or Snow White that's for everybody.
Maybe the The Wild Robot source material book was about AI, but the movie, imo wasn't. Imo, the robot character Roz isn't a literal nice robot like Wall-e (Wall-e), R2D2 and C3PO (Star Wars), Android 16 (Dragon Ball), or the nice T-800 (Terminator 2); nor are the animals like the literal animated animals in the Lion King, Tarzan, Finding Nemo....it's all metaphorical because characters are so human so it's just window-dressing vehicle for fun storytelling! I think it's more like Spongebob animals, though those are arguably mutated animals....Point is! The robot character Roz and animals are way too human to be literal, where they use free will self-sacrificial love that robots and animals can't!
Imo, it's a wonderful wholesome metaphorical movie for motherhood, and I think maybe a metaphor for very highly intelligent people who struggle socially, with theme of kindness and love! Imo, Babette's Feast (9/10 imo) is the best movie to get the theme of X-Men, but Wild Robot is good too...I give it...an 8/10!
My little autistic godson wanted his mom to re-enact a funny fox Fink scene over and over, which I won't spoil, but when I was telling my friend about the Fink character tell a story about.....I don't want to spoil it, but she started to cry watching me tell it because, you know....in my entire life, I never cried while watching a movie until 2024...pfffttt....*cue Devil May Cry 3's Devil Never Cry!* I thought of that song as a theme song for me besides Nightmare Before Christmas (which I also think is an example of more of an adult animated movie than kids...I know not everybody...it was my favorite movie besides Sound of Freedom but I gave it an 8/10)' "What's This?" and "Poor Jack" and then also Stone Sour's "Inside the Cynic" as sorta theme songs....gotta go!
Most imo admirable characters I can remember-
    Roz (The Wild Robot)
Frodo, Sam, Aragorn, Gandalf, Pippin, Merry, Eowyn, Arwen, Gimli, and Legolas (Lord of the Rings)
    Seita (Grave of the Fireflies)
Miss Pross, Sydney Carton, Dr. Manette, Charles Darnay (1935 A Tale of Two Cities)
Tom Destry Jr (Destry Rides Again)
Han Solo, Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker (Star Wars)
    Maximus (Gladiator)
Atticus Finch (To Kill a Mockingbird)
Mary Hatch Bailey (It's a Wonderful Life)
    Lisa Fremont (Rear Window)
    Babette Hersant (Babette's Feast)
Mel Miller (A Face in the Crowd)
Mark Thackeray (To Sir, with Love)
    Future Trunks (Dragon Ball)
    Susy Hendrix (Wait Until Dark)
Jefferson Smith (Mr. Smith Goes to Washington)
    Fictionalized William Wallace (Braveheart)
Maria Van Trapp (Sound of Music)
Fictionalized Tim Ballard (Sound of Freedom)
Grandpa Martin Vanderhoff (You Can't Take it With You)
    Sam (Moonrise Kingdom)
Cliff Booth (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood)

    Edit (The Phantom Carriage)
Louis Bennett (Mr. Deeds Goes to Town)
    Linus (A Charlie Brown Christmas)
