The game had some funny moments but its overall considered a dumpster fire. Jon Bernthal just steals the show and is practically the only reason to play it.

What's sad is they don't give him that much to work with. His performance, Walker's story, all of that could've been so much better.

@@benmac7552 I was just thinking that when I was playing Sleeping Dogs. I notice the acting in that game is phenomenal, especially when compared to the acting in more recent Ubisoft titles. I know Ubisoft is French and all, but their earlier Assassin's Creed games had superb acting as well. It seemed like they took a nosedive between AC Black Flag and now.

All of it could be. Fluidity and such, even just using this as the base game animation is achievable and at this rate almost expected.

i still like the performance from Nomad and Walker. But the fact that they used motion capture (which is alot easier to do than to hand-animate everything) and still got so bad graphics in the cutscenes, is just lazy.
This is Ubisoft we’re talking about. Recycled garbage every year.
It's really bad. Look at the dead woman on 2:30-4:30, the mocap captured the actress's breathing and they did not edit it out, and the dead body looks like it is still breathing if you look close enough.
Bruh, facial animations are not JUST bad-they exist ONLY in cutscenes, if u r talking to another guy-ur mouth won’t move AT ALL

As a heads up to anyone who’s curious, this game is a hell of a lot better then it was when it first released. You can now turn off the leveling system for guns and gear, and they made the game super customizable.
It might not be anywhere near Wildland’s league, but it’s genuinely fun now.
Though the story sucks, I killed Walker on the second mission, thinking that the dude I killed was a decoy or something.
Nope, killed him, because apparently you can’t just lock off that mission until I complete the rest of his story. It’s kind of immersion breaking killing him and then sitting down with Hill where both of you talk about what he’s gonna do next.
Also, get a physical copy or wait for a sale, as much as the game’s improved, it’s nowhere near 60 dollars.
Yeah I wish the gameplay and mechanics and gun leveling shit from breakpoint could be moved to wildlands. That would be fucking awesome

Ubisoft is more concerned about releasing more games than better games. Just look at other studios who does just the opposite like Rockstar or Naughty Dog. You wait at least some 5 years to get something from them but when you do, it's often a masterpiece exceeding not only in visuals but in everything else too.
