Lockk9 TT Racing what a track the southern 100 is. You got to be fit to ride around here so foooook knows how I won on the 600cc. Manx born love the island but look forward to leaving this drug feasted island 🌴 for good.
I remember playing a game called Road Rash 3d when I was younger, and thinking to myself its impossible to drive this fast in reality, esp when you see the meter hitting 200mph on country roads. Well here I am, and all along Road Rash 3d was a reality, minus catching 100s of feet of air going off hills, or other bikers trying to zap you with stun guns, or kick you off your bike. aaaah...good times.
weeee weeeeeeeee Weeeeeeeeeee WEEEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Keepin er in the Red Line !!!! :P :) Hi Lockk9 :) nice vid as usual keep up the GREAT WORK !! love from Canada
I had one of these zxr 750 1991. Not sure whether I had the H1 or H2 but fuck was it fast ... could also high side you at the drop of a hat .... but loved it ... also great clip... 😎
Great memories seeing the ZXR, still looks good today & in early 90s was so sexy I had to trade in my GPX asap. The GPX was so much faster than my previous bike, a GPz750, I expected the same increase from the ZXR, but no, if anything it felt slower! But still quick & that ally beam frame & those looks, drool....I finally traded my H2 for a 98 ZX7r another great looking (&sounding) bike Cool video, big respect to you for having the skill & balls to do this !
Great watch that, i don't think the roads are for the rider that finished ahead of you, banzai is fine on track, only get away with it so often on the roads.
That wall jutting out is the scary bit. Nutters like Michael and Guy have to lean away from it as they go past because the closer you are, the faster your line.
I like their early brake cornering style, gives more speed on corner exit. That combined with the straights speed is my idea setup but im sure the other riders dont care much for it lol. Seems like a safer line
@@14USMA exactly what i said, are you daft? Are you even paying attention to his riding? Duh theyre leaning because thats the form of turning but this guy is early braking instead of late brake diving like the others. Plus his straights are powerful come on dude, pay attention😂
@@akirony I was pointing out that theyre actually all maintaining extremely high corner speeds except for the hairpin turns. Braking as late and as hard as possible is standard racecraft.
@@14USMA yeah i know what the other riders are doing and that thats the normal aggressive racing style, but im talking about the camera rider. He brakes in early while the others dive in and then he pulls them on the straights from that slow in fast out technique. Looking from their POV makes that apparent, thats who im focused on because the camera shows their race line only. Saw someone comment that they just got back riding too so i understand their line and i prefer it over the bombing racers
@@akirony For sure, he's a through and through road racer; tactics are a little different on short circuit. The racer is Andy Farrell, if you enjoy this you should check out more of his videos, he's a regular at the Manx GP on the isle of man.
So...if it's called the Tourist Trophy then why don't they race touring motorcycles? Three classes will do, adventure tourers, sport tourers, and full dressers. Search "yellow wolf tail of the dragon" and think about it. Secondly, why isn't the Senior TT for riders over 55 years old? Just a few thoughts to while away the never-ending rain.
Charles H Geis IV , heck, I'm 64 and rode a 73 Z1 back in the day. Men used to race the TT on those but modern sportbikes are far better all around. I went from the Z to a GS850G and my current ride is a 2005 1200 Sportster Roadster that I bought new and have put 77000 miles on.
Blipping the throttle when downshifting is done to match the engine RPM with the gear selection and if done properly will reduce the chance of skidding the rear wheel. The advent of the slipper clutch eliminates the danger.
Andy's First time at this Circuit also his First time Racing this classic bike, so he was taking it easy, got 6th place.

If you want to ride like this then sell both and buy a pushbike and keep watching YT videos.

That doesn't look like the Island to me. I reckon that's a race on the Ulster circuit. (??)
Трасса пздц опасная, каменный забор повстречаешь и экип не поможет. В этом экипе, как в мешке, так и понесут на свалку.
Anybody knows why the pilot doesn't use the 'gas hit' when he has to reduce his speed before a corner??, Is the 'gas hit' really important??
Never heard of "gas hit".
