it wont work for my y5 2019. its very fast booting.. its vibrating and turning on really quick. on your video your phone almost 7secs before removing the power button.. yet dont turn on.. mine is very quick.. tried it several times but still huawei logo appears.not the emui

When phone is powered off. Hold both buttons when it power on remove finger from buttons. My phone powered on quickly as well, until I tried that

Hi I did the factory reset for 2 phones Huawei y5 2019
- for the first smartphone, after doing reset and reboot, the phone keeps asking me the google password, as it kept in the phone the google ccount...
- for the second smartphone, it asked me to put once the old screen lock pin... why ? I did either factory reset, or wipe cache partition too.
Can tou tell me why it keeps asking me the screen pin after doing this reset? thanks
