Metsa Man aijjaa kyllä mulla isommassa mallissa lukkee hydrauliikkavipupaneelissa 64/112 l/min. En ole koskaan tarvinnut sitä toista pumppua päälle laittaa kun ei se juuri nopeuta kun se öljy ei mahdu karoista ja usiteista pihalle ja muutenkin lämpee öljyt niin kauheesti sitten. ainakin etukuormaajan venttiilipöyvässä lukkee max flow 40 ltr/min
Hi! I need some help please! I bought a new Geo towable Backhoe like yours, a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately I can't use it, and the dealer can't give me a decent advise, and I think, you maybe understand the problem better. The problem is, when I use the backhoe, the oil level goes down slowly, until it starts pushing out the oil through the filling up screw. It happens in a couple of minutes. However the oil is clear, so I don't think, it sucks air from outside, or anywhere else. And there is no leaking in the pressure side either. If I screw out the valve above the thermometer, it works, but the oil goes up and down really much. I understand that, the valve doesn't allow the air out from above the oil, that's causing the problem, but why the oil goes down? How should it work properly?
Hello and nice that You buy this kind backhoe, it is good macine. When I think how My backhoe work it makes just like Your backhoe. Reason for I think it do so is maybe quite little amount on oil what are in this backhoe and other reason is because Your backhoe is new, backhoe s hydraulic cylinders are more air in than oil... when You use backhoe air start to come out on cylinders and more oil are needed. That oil burst on filling screw is common.. most cases I have little bit too much oil in, good oil level is about half on the oil indicator when main boom is full strench and forward.. Please ask more if You need help. !!
Thank You so much! So, there is no major problem with my backhoe. Yes, the thank is very little compared to the cylinders. I think, the role of the valve would be, to stabilise the oil level. When you put the boom in a position, where it uses less oil, than average and the oil level should go up, and the valve should release the air. But the spring in it too strong, actually it works like a pump. When you put the boom in a position, where it uses more oil, the valve should stay closed, so the oil can't go down, because it would create negative pressure. But it lets the air in easily, so is has just the opposite effect. I will take out the valve, until it works all the air out of the cylinders, and I will take the ball out of the valve. I cut thread into the filling screw, and screw in a pipe, and lead the oil back to the tank through the valve. Plus I drill a little hole on the top of the valve, to breath. So I wont lose oil. Thank you so much the answer, it helped a lot.
I am Happy that You got Your backhoe problem solved, this is very simple machine but still it have they own tricks.. interesting that Your dealer not can help You.. they should do that... !!
They try to help, but probably this was the first backhoe, that they sold. They have no experience whit it. They said, I should take out the ball of the valve. First, I didn't want to do that, because of the guarantee. But now I understand, it is a design problem, so I guess I have to do that. But I wonder, there is this problem whit all the one than? So everybody get the answer to destroy the valve, which is a factory part. It's interesting anyway.
Interesting indeed but this is simple machine.. need basically just enough oil and gas to run.. Other thing is those wheels bearings.. I don't know do You watch that video where I chance bearings on My backhoe because they go ruined.. Those bearings left factory without any grease at all... I get messages peoples how have this kind backhoe and they faced same problem.. Maybe You should check those bearings too.. Do You have plans to put videos on Your backhoe in TH-cam, I have interested to see peoples working this kind backhoe.. ??
