    Hi I noticed that while I am playing a song I always change my top theeth position back and forward according to low notes or high notes .Is it a bad habbit or a must to do?thank you

      They are called "Arpeggio BootCamp" in the PDF section (there are two of them), and he just stops at the top of the range and comes back down.
