I can't say exactly but they look like 8.5/9 j rims with 265 or 285 tyres with 2.5/3 inch lift

They look like 33”(so 285/75/16) in steel rims 16x8” with offset around 0 or even negative judging by how much the tyres are out of the flares…I presume the axles are lr ones. 2” or 3” lift, probably no sway bars and some panel trimming. Stock steel front “underbumper”.
It looks great.
