This is a cool version. This is like the 7th or 8th ersion Ive found today. I like the more synth based versions. Which most of them seem to be. The guitars snapped me out of the " dream pop' state. Were bit harsh like that, but still good version. The vocal is a bit quirky too, but good quirky. God knows its hard to be any kind of truly original these days. 👍
Nice cover. The vocals are solid and the editing stylistically a nice touch. Is that a Larry Blackmon from Cameo poster in the background? If so, I think you may have nearly won at life. I always enjoyed this song, has some great bass guitar in it as well. Marsheaux did a cover of this song I always thought did it justice, albeit they did it in their own style.
