- This is a very popular buffet video in Tokyo. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel is very popular with travellers and Tokyo locals, with dishes such as sashimi, seafood bowls and steaks.
While we recommend eating a seafood bowl when travelling to Tokyo, the Shinjuku Washington Hotel is located in Shinjuku, one of Tokyo's main tourist attractions, and is very conveniently accessible.
The buffet here is a very satisfying buffet with a wide variety of seafood bowls, steaks, filet mignon and numerous other Japanese dishes.
It is also priced at about $15, and it is hard to find a buffet-style breakfast of this quality at this price in Tokyo.

My stays at this hotel were all horrendous. Mainland Chinese screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours, never going back.

I often stay at this hotel. First, it has an English name so my colleagues know where I stay. Second, the airport limousine bus stop is in front of the hotel, so I don't need to haul my luggage. The other one is Hilton, which is the next stop of the limousine bus.

I need a reservation, right? If I finish the buffet at 7.45 am and take the limousine bus from Shinjuku station to Haneda, will I have enough time? My plane leaves at 11 am.

I stayed in this hotel last week. The food was good. The menu was slightly different from you video. It didn't have tofu, Japanese style bruschetta, and pudding in bowl when I was there. The fruit were frozen pineapple and Lychee instead.
Both Manhattan and Baron at 3rd floor offer very similar food except a few.
Manhattan has sticky rice, pan cake, soda machine, and good view (not found in Baron). Because of good view, more people go to the 25th floor.
Baron has yogurt in pudding form, ice cream puffs, vegetable juice and unagi (not found in Manhattan), but Baron has not view at all.
I really like their cherry tomatoes. Super fresh and juicy.
Mahhattan has siu mai too.
