I am currently healing up the C90 in the garage ahead of MOT (the annual British roadworthiness test). Am filming as I go and only have the headlight to sort now.
I was at Cubfest this weekend Fred (you should go its ace) and someone I was chatting to at the BBQ mentioned you and how great this channel is so in the Cub community at least you are loved and appreciated. A DRZ400, what a bloody marvellous machine Fred! Listening to that electric start roll the beast into life makes me jealous that my XR400 doesn’t have such glamorous luxury. These old machines have bags of character, a specific identity and were built to last, that’s why they are so loved. As always keep the great content coming chap. 🤙
A friend of mine is a builder of custom bikes and one of his current projects is a motoguzzi le mans 850 scrambler type thing. He's chopped all the stuff off it that make it a sports tourer (if that's what it is originally I'm still not sure). And given it lifted suspension and knobbly tyres. I think once that thing comes out the other end of his garage it will be among the things worthy of respect for being difficult to destroy and with a bit of luck might be fun to ride too
@@EpohDerf I hope so but if the ergonomics work out for me I'm in serious danger of buying it which realistically will be good for nobody. He had me riding his ridiculous hardtail chopper recently and thankfully the ergonomics didn't agree with me at all. Brilliant fun over a short distance though
Great video, loved the intro. Can confirm on the Volvo 940, my in-laws still drive one. Think it's over 300k miles and still going strong. Impressive work on that banana as well. Subbed!
Shaun, Will keep at least one cub for a while, yes. They inhabit different enough spaces in the garage to co-exist for now. I almost feel ashamed I've not had one sooner.
Today was a good day. Met a person from America who has watched the videos. Showed him and his wife some of the scenery and then went for some dinner. The internet worked properly in this instance. Top day!
Ah well we all move on and develop I suppose, love the tea making, love the cub, love the biscuit reviews...as long as we keep in touch with the past every so often my dedication to you will remain. 🛵💨👍

Been out using it and I am abundantly aware of how capable it is and how lacking my talent it.

Cheers chap. Our Volvo 940 has a mere 227k miles on. It has just had a cambelt etc so should keep going well for years to come.

Perfect Devizes-Dakar machine. Aesthetically, it transgresses every shibboleth but if you like Casio watches, the DRZ takes the biscuit.
