How do you get the little filter out of tank to clean it
Hi, thank you so much for the amazing set up video, very helpful! I have a quick question- I did set it up as the process mentions and once the machine is ready to use, sometimes when there are no lights of change water or filtering and when I am getting a glass of water out, in the middle of it the sign filtering comes in and it starts filtering even when I am flushing my glass of water. Is this normal? Does it supposed to filter when I am flushing it?
That's something we haven't experienced with our machine. I suggest you reach out to their customer service, I don't see it in the troubleshooting manual either.

We just got ours but question our feed water container on first purge, started clouding up the whole feed water I was like wth? Why so cloudy they should explain that kinda freaky
Is that the process just for the initial setup or do I have to do this every time I want water?

I think I’m doing it wrong???
I first filled tank with water & saw the bubbling & flushed it a bunch of times. When I refilled after no water was left it didn’t bubble again?? Is it supposed to bubble every refill?
And does it get wet under tank? I find it gets a bit wet?

Sorry you are having some issues - you will see less or even no bubbles eventually when you put the tank back on so I wouldn't worry about it - and you may just want to wipe down the base area each time to keep it dry and not let the water sit. We don't work for the company, but you may want to contact their customer service if you think there is excess water underneath the tank. But, we typically see a little water there and just wipe it down every time.

I have it since three months ago, how can I clean it up? There are a white tones in the bottom of the container of water
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, Fernando! Try flushing it (same process as setup) - and when you refill the tank, try to spray the bottom "nozzles" with a little pressured water - rinse - and fill. I had the same issue and that seemed to do the trick. If that doesn't work for you - hopefully you can contact the company and have them work things out for you. I hope this helps!
