First and foremost, thank you for all your awesome videos. Would you have an information for someone with L5S1 fusion and Extreme left shoulder pain due to a thoracic T4 herniated disc?
My lower back hurts but I have been managing it but right now I can’t move my let arm because I feel something is pinching inside my shoulder and left scapula.

Yes!! The best? Answer is always it depends. You are a welcome antidote the multitude of online dogma out there. Good Job.

What is the relationship between SI joint and trochanter pain?

I’m going to try this version of side sleeping if I can get the pillows to fit as I share the bed with my spouse. It’s a king bed but he is a big man. I can relax in the back sleeping position but I always want to move before I fall asleep. I tend to move a lot when I’m sleeping and am trying to get past that uncomfortable feeling when in one position too long. Is this normal? I’m doing your core balance training and it is helping me a lot during the day but I still have discomfort when trying to sleep.

So, is it NOT good to bring one leg up at a 45-90 degree angle whilst sleeping on the back or belly? I always do that, feels SO gooood=prob due to SI joint instability then?

I have fairly severe Ehlers-Danlos. Is there anything I can do to maintain after a few weeks doing recovery?
