Spot on mate, I put in a Tufflift here I'm rockingham based, they looked after me I had some minor issues and they were able to help straight away. Best hoist company I've dealt with before.

That looks like an EAE hoist.
I have an EAE similar, but mine is 3 phase C9

Best to speak to a professional mate. Could be air in the system or something entirely different. Seek professional installation

I came across your channel while looking for recommendations for a 2 post hoist for my shed, so thanks for this video. What is the max. height inside your shed and how high can you raise a 4WD before it hits the roof of your shed, thanks. Great channel, too and I've subscribed as you have some great content....keep it up!

That really depends on each individual car. My pajero sport I can raise the whole 1.8m
But dads rodeo with box canopy I can't. I am limited by roof height of the shed. But without the roof height I could lift a van to full height easy

How high is the shed? I'm getting a (w) 3.6m x (l)10.5m x (h)2.7m soon, will that hoist fit?

I'd say probably not. It's about 3.6 wide from memory

You need 3.6m height to the top on the inside and recommend 3m walls min wouldn't go any less.

100mm all round and 150mm at hoist base

@T.A.G did you get extra concrete put in for the base? Tufflift have said the 100mm is fine for mine

@bh.9456 yes, I went overkill as it covers a larger range if hoists. Also the concrete needs to be a certain MPA rating

@@T.A.G Damn. TH-camrs in the U.S are getting free BendPaks left, right and centre, those lucky dogs.
Tell me something though mate, did you have to scan the concrete prior to drilling so you don't hit the reo ?
That's what scares me, having to redrill another hole becasue the first set hit the snag.
I haven't poured my slab yet, but would you advise to install the mounting studs in with the steel reinforcement as opposed to drilling the concrete afterwards ??
