I made one with barraki lego bionicle figure parts

@TheNYguy Sure they are; I can tell you which LEGO Bionicle sets most of those special pieces came from with 90% certainty.
For example, the top part of the head came from Barraki Pridak and the lower jaw was used in a variety of sets but started as Toa Onua's hands.
Google Lego Bioncle and see what you get.
