Hi, Steve.....I just bought one about 5 weeks ago. St model, 1999.....bit tatty but got it for £900 with 10 months MOT. However, if I rode it for 20 plus minutes or over 20 miles, it would often stall when coming to a junction, etc, and I had to keep above 3 k rpm, revving the damm engine like some 16byear old moped rider at traffic lights. Last time I rode it, I managed to get it back home, but it flat out refused to start anymore until the next day when the engine had cooled off. I popped new spark plugs in, changed air filter and followed a tip to remove the metal plug cap covers. This was my first adv bike, very basic but ideal for a start. I did the 2009 BMW Eco Challenge in South Africa with it, completed the entire trip and went everywhere the GS 800 and GS 1200 ADV guys went. Issues: Soft suspension and brakes overheating driving in traffic but ideal commuter. All round good bike, loved it very much.
I have a 1997 that I use for adventure riding. It's better than I thought it would be. A few things to keep an eye on: the camchain tensioner is hydraulic, and when it fails it fails bad. I put a manual tensioner screw behind mine and it starts a lot easier like this as well. Also keep an eye on the front sprocket: it's on the right so the engine unwinds the keeper nut. To do this budget motorcycle series is such a great idea! You always talk about how to save money on trips and maintenance, but having the right bike for a budget is also very important.
I have bought a 2005 F650GS as my second bike, mostly to learn riding in light off-road. And I found myself riding this old bike even around the city too, it just makes me smile a lot. I have also tried it riding around Georgia and Armenia - lovely, reliable machine. All you need for a motorcycle adventure riding. All the best from Warsaw!
This brought back fond memories of my '99. The Rotax engine was very good. I had no problems. What you said about mud - definitely not a bike to take into the mud. I did once and learned my lesson. It's a little over 400 lbs (180 kg) dry weight. It can sink down into soft mud easily. So hard packed gravel roads would be as far as you might want to take it. However, on the plus side, It has a counter-balanced engine so highway travel is easy. You will get a 400 W alternator, 12V, 10 amp hour battery, and optional heated grips. This allows considerable leeway for optional electrical loads. In colder weather using a heated vest and the heated grips, you can be very comfortable. Other than heated grips and a 12V plug-in for heated gear, only add-ons I used were hard bags and a Scott-oiler. Think of all the money spent by guys with KLR 650s on doodads. Not needed with the F650; you already have what you need. A very under-appreciated bike. Easy to work on, too.
Great idea testing budget bikes, everyone has a budget they have to work with and the reality is that the money you save buying a bike like the BMW 650 as opposed to say a new BMW 1250 pays for your trip around the world. It is a great help that you know about mechanics with an older bike but most are very basic and are easy to work on so money is saved in that regard also. It is one of the reasons I love my DR650, they run forever with simple maintenance and are cheap to run. I forgot to mention to you when we met up in Melbourne but the DR I was riding has 240,000 Klms on the clock. Keep up the great work Pavlin, open the minds up of people that they do not have to have the latest and greatest bike to enjoy motorcycling. 👍👍👍👍
I bought a F 650 ST with less than 18k km for 1800€ from 97 to drive in the City and 60km to work on one tour and I really like the bike. It has to stay on the street, so it's not sinful to get an expensive one. It drives really smooth, but with heavy wind from the side you have to go slower, because of the light weight and the high build. All in all, for that price, REALLY REALLY GOOD! A simple bike that works! I like!
I found this video a few months ago when I bought this bike. Two weeks ago I took it on a 3700 mile trip across the US from Maryland to Colorado and back. Had an issue with the chain that was entirely my fault, pilot jet got clogged about half way through and I had to clean out the carbs, air filter was a bit clogged and the elevation changes threw it off a bit so she was running rich when I got back home but overall I couldn't be more proud of it. It was comfortable, sufficient for every task, always fun, and never overheated.
Hello, I bought in this week myself a beautiful pearl in color: ivory 1998 with 11,000 km mileage. After seeing your review and my first experience, I'm sure it was a good choice. That will give me a good few years in fulfilling my travel dreams. I'm a fan of old bikes and this seemed perfect for me. I travel and my appetite is growing. I go for simplicity, reliability and low repair costs. I prefer to spend my money on travels, this big and small :) This is the best review I have heard about this motorcycle. sincerely hug, FUN MOTO :))) girl from Poland
How do you find bikes with such low kms? In Greece the bikes with perfect condition have 50-60 thousand km and the ones that were used a lot have 100.000km . Mine costed around 1700euro it's a model 1997white with 60.000 km and few extras. German used vehicles in Greece Are considerably more expensive than they are in Germany ...
@@danmanthe9335 Hi Dan, Is the F650 Much Better than the Klr650, Do you Notice the Extra Power, the Klr only has about 40hp- I Imagine the F650 would be a Better Tourer but would it Match the Klr in off Road Conditions-. Cheers - Paul👍🇦🇺
I have the same bike, 3 modifications you !must! make & i made by my self (except nm 3) 1: the exhaust is too close to filter box, you have to cover the filter box with fire preventor material otherwise your filter box will make a hole. 2. You have to move your rectifier outside in order to expand his life spam. You will find him under your sit. 3. You need to reinforce the top case base on the frame, otherwise it will break. If you have the same bike out there i hope you find this tips usefull, drive safe!
I had Pegaso 650ie, tank is 21 L. With 10% higher gearing and if you drive like grandma on open road it's 4 to 4,5L/100km. Great bike even for two people and luggage. Three bad things: rear spring, bad headlight and badly fitted wires. Cheers Pavlin!
Muchas gracias....interesting and informative review for someone like me who just wants to get out there and see different places and people without spending a fortune. Thanks again.
Thank for this great review of one of my favourite bikes I haven’t owned yet. I am planning to build a 650 Dakar engine based trail bike with a CCM style frame. The objective is to achieve something close to the specials that CCM actually entered for the Dakar in the 1990s. So, I’m starting with the best watercooled engine, and looking at all the options for forks, swing arm, brakes and tank. It will be tall, lightweight and unique. And to keep things simple, from preference it will have a carb, not fuel injection.
Thank you thank you thank you. This is exactly the type of reviews I’ve been begging for. Hope you get a Honda Transalp to review, would love your thoughts.
That'd be really nice. I have just bought a 1994 Transalp (PD06)in July. The seat is awful, but it gives you excellent fuel economy and a very smooth engine...
22fret - My problem was also the seat and insufficient leg room. Fixed both with a set of SW Motech adjustable pegs which I mounted in the lower position, an Airhawk seat which I keep a little more inflated than what is recommended for increased distance from the pegs, and I fitted bar risers. Individually these changes seem minor, but together they turned my Transalp into a fantastically comfortable long distance tourer. I just need to change the tires to 50/50 to cope better with rocks and will be changing over to Mitas E-07 in about 2 months from now. The ground clearance is also not great, but after fitting a nice beefy SW Motech one, which I used a number of times, I’m not concerned about damage any longer.
Yep, I will have the seat modified soon, let's see what I can do with the pegs. I'll probably need some risers and a taller windscreen, too. She's my everyday workhorse for the simple reason that running costs are not even worth mentioning. Currently there are some Michelin Anakee III on it. Quite street oriented, but not bad at all. Furthermore they last for ever. My set has already done some staggering 27.000 kms, and there's still room for at least 3000 more. Next time I'll try Heidenau Scout. I'd like to go offroad a bit... For long distance touring I use my 1983 BMW K100. I have just come back from a 4.100km trip through Germany, France, Switzerland, Monaco and Italy. That was an awesome ride...
Well, I do, because on my K100 I can ride for hours and hours. But you should know that I'm almost 2 metres tall. The seat is too low for me and the slope to the tank is quite unpleasant for my butt. I have to get rid of the slope and put at least some 5 cms more under my behind. Then everything should be fine...
Very nice test! Good work from u and the cameraman. I had -94mod. 20y ago. Good quality bike! Good to ride, fast or slow. No highway tourer. No crosser. For everything else, quality bike ,if well taken care of. Last year I bought a Funduro-99 model for 2000 euro. I still love it.
The windscreen is definitely not too low. I'm 2m tall and it's perfect. I ride very comfortable at 120 km/h. The wind doesn't make my helmet wobble nor annoy me any way. It hits my chest and goes around it easily
I bought mine 7 years ago, and since then it has taken me to many places in Europe. It's light, versatile, handles really well and easy to work on. And I like the sound of it's single cylinder engine. It's not real fast, but fast enough to have fun riding it. I love it, I will never sell it. By the way, the rubber in the footpeg is bolted in from the underside. You can remove it and then it is a serrated footpeg, suitable for off road riding. Put some off road tyres on and it'll bring you everywhere.
To be honest I would rather travel on this f650 than any of the big, heavy modern stuff as soon as I leave the tarmac. For me much more manageable. And I can fix it. Nice bike. Happy travels.
I really looked into this bike for months. The only reason I didn't get one was because the only ones being sold were too far away. It is good to watch your review. Who doesn't love a thumper!?
I had one some years ago. Because the front fork is not upside down, a lot of dirt gets on the upper fork, and the forkseals breaks faster. So for adventure, you should make sure you put some protection. Aside from that, great bike 😁
You provide useful, practical info in your reviews, a refreshing break from the usual.."what's the 1/4 mile time?" nonsense. A decade ago I owned this same machine, it was a great all rounder. Perhaps I will look for another.
This is my first bike and I love it. I wanted something for light terrain and longer tours and it's perfect for that. It's also very simple and you can do a lot yourself.❤
Great review, and great idea for a series of videos. If you get a chance to try out a KLE 500, it would be interesting to see what you think about that.
Great review! One of the best. Old bike but still good. Why always spend so much money for new tools. " keep in mind that the bike is just a tool the Travel is really matters" ;-) Thanks so much. Great Job. Best regards from Switzerland
I had a Funduro/97 version, with 21" front wheel and higher screen, and was a very confortable motorbike Soft suspension, light weight, great brakes, big mirrors (those are not BMW neither original ones) Easily 140-150kms/h with side panniers and topbox Fuel onsumption around 5lts/100kms. Nice budget travel, or even city, option
Hi, good review. It should be mentioned, that there is the mostly identical Aprilia Pegaso 650, the sister-model of this bike. I'm researching for a while now and my impression is that most of these Aprilias that are on sale cost less and are better equipped.
I am about to purchase a 2012 G650GS in excellent condition with 5,000 miles on it. It will literally be my first motorcycle and understandably I am pretty excited. I do believe I have made a good choice given all of my options. Here in the USA these bikes are a little more expensive though, and with almost new tires, I will be paying 4,250 US dollars 💵 for mine. Thank you for your video and any advice anyone may have for a beginner rider. God bless you all 🙏🏼🌞
Consider that all 650GS are the best BMW to fit for long trip ! But everyone have different taste. I appreciated the presentation and explanation, very clear and understandable. 👌
One of the most reliable bikes ever made. I have this one in focus for long time everytime i see it on street. One cylinder, one front brake disc. Almost no maintenance. enough power. This will take you anywhere and will last forever.. How many gears? 5 or 6?
It was available in India also with partnership with HeroHonda. But because of price tag of 5 lakhs in 1996, they were able to sell only few units. Then they stopped. It was known as Funduro
Thank you for this video. I have just set my eye, on a low millage, white with blue seat 94 model. This as been most informative, and a lot of the comments on here as well.
Great video! I would have thought if that does go wrong you have more chance of getting it fixed than something modern machine made of electrics... I might be wrong there and happy to be corrected. In fact it would be interesting to know the statistics of bikes like this breaking down vs. a modern £20,000 brand new bike (all things being equal) plus what is the chance of new 20K machine surviving the night parked somewhere...
What a FANTASTIC idea for a series of videos! Very nice and interesting work. Can you also spend some words on well known issues for those bikes, in case there are some?
Lovely video, I always wanted an F650 but they were too expensive for me new, but now I can afford an old one. Thanks for showing us the video, a great review.🍻
Had one years ago and wish I still had it. Comfortable all day long, great on the highway and pretty powerful. Later had a klr 650 and it was one of the most uncomfortable bikes I’ve ever owned. The bmw in 96 was more refined than the klr in 2010. I will say as a thumper it had no bottom end though.
I ended up doing the same thing. Had a '99 F650 and wound up with a '10 KLR. It seems like the KLR always needs something and it's just not as well put together as the BMW
I have had a 1996 F650 for 10 years now. maintenance is very easy and parts are readily available and cheap compared to new bikes of the same class. I have owned many different bikes throughout my life and The reliability of this bike is unbelievable if you buy a good one. With the right tyres on they are great off road as well. I have never owned an older Transalp so I can`t really comment on them, though friends of mine who do are very positive about them.
@@motorcycleadventures Would be nice to see a back to back test with a comparable Yamaha, if you were ever able to do that. Also, does the F650 pre-date BMW moving on to Can-bus wiring? I'm not a fan of this 'modern' wiring, as it doesn't lend itself to the home mechanic, like good old fashioned copper! :-)
Hi , I like your review and I'm buying one of these very soon. (When I get the money). You were talking about Frankfurt. Well, I have been there and stayed with some really nice German friends (bikers)while we were on our way to Faarkazee in Austria.I don't know if that is the correct spelling. I was riding a GSX 600f but it got me there in one piece. I think I was the only biker on a Suzuki amongst 30,000 Harley Davidsons. Anyway,I had a great time. Keep up the good work. I like your honest reviews.

Such a great review! I've been looking at these for commuting and occasional dirt road ride. A friend has a 99 version and really likes his. I was worried about highway, but your video shows it could handle the little bit I would need for work.
Great video! We have a few of those here in Brazil, but most of them are in awful conditions due to difficulties on finding parts. But, it is unanimous that it is a tank. I completely agree with you that basically, for normal usage, we don’t need anything better than a bike like that. I travel from Brazil to Chile on a Explorer, and definitely on a lot of ocasions, a smaller bike would be better. I also had a GS 12 which is a marvelous bike, but rationally speaking, a bike of such a low price can do the same. BMW motorcycles is a fascinating machine, no matter the size. Best regards from Brazil!!!
Paval You are lucky because you have the European version of the Yamahaha 700 tenere. We in North America are overrun with crotch rockets that go fast in a straight line, Harley's and an assortment of big displacement bikes in between. Not much of a dual sport selection here. Lucky me. I am rebuilding a 92 Africa Twin .....It just takes time and money.
Thanks for the video, it was very informative. Would this bike fit into a van which is 2.25m long x 1.25m high? If so would I need to remove the screen? Thanks for the help
Great idea Pavlin! I would lend you my XT660R, cheaper than the Tenere but as good :), maybe if you pass by Portugal sometime, or if I pass by Germany. I will keep seeing this series, good work!

Hi Pavlin, I am Panos from Athens - Greece. Surprisingly glad to see this video, because F650 is the first on my short list to buy and turn to an "adventure bike". I had one some 20 years ago for a few months. No reliability issues, great handling on tarmac, very good riding position for one or two-up plus luggage, even for big distance (400 - 700km per day), BUT, lack of torque at lower REV. Do you think, the bike is rideable on dirt roads, and what mods do you recoment on this direction?
Great bike, great review! Thank you very much) I just thinking about buying this model or later injector model 2000-2007))) It is rear bike to look something about it, and it is unreal to see it IRL in Southern Russia) Thank you once more!
I just got an F650 gs, with 25,000 kilometres for €2000. Perfect bike for a young guy on minimum wage. I'm really happy with it but I'm slightly too tall. I have to keep my eye out for the Dakar version
Thanks for this review Pavlin. I have been thinking about what bike to get in the future. For the last 12 years I have been riding my 1988 BMW K75. It ahs proved to be an amazingly versatile machine. Great on the open road, and not bad off road. I went over the Atlas mountains (Morocco) last year. However, I am short, and getting older (65). So I'm thinking a lighter bike might be the way to go. This looks good.

👍👍👍👍
Very true what you said! Thanks for taking the time again!
I like!
this gentleman has one of the best reviews.
Thank you!
Thanks for taking the time!
Glad to help! Enjoy your trips!
I have 1998 F650, bloody good bike!
Agree
Same here.
This bike does the job. Simple and efficient with low costs.
Cheers to all and ride safe!
Very good bike, and is able do off with It.
You're making me wish I still had my 1999! A KLR650 is not the same at all
@@danmanthe9335 Hi Dan, Is the F650 Much Better than the Klr650, Do you Notice the Extra Power, the Klr only has about 40hp- I Imagine the F650 would be a Better Tourer but would it Match the Klr in off Road Conditions-. Cheers - Paul👍🇦🇺
I have the same bike, 3 modifications you !must! make & i made by my self (except nm 3)
1: the exhaust is too close to filter box, you have to cover the filter box with fire preventor material otherwise your filter box will make a hole.
2. You have to move your rectifier outside in order to expand his life spam. You will find him under your sit.
3. You need to reinforce the top case base on the frame, otherwise it will break.
If you have the same bike out there i hope you find this tips usefull, drive safe!
Thanks for sharing!
Brilliant idea of reviewing older bikes I've been looking for a cheap bike to ride in winter..now you have given me idea to look for F650 !!
Great!
Thanks for taking the time!
I had one of these back in the 90s. Fun to ride, really liked it.
Thanks for sharing!
I own a cruiser and happy. but i watch your channel. you make me which to ride an adventure.
Thank-you dud
My pleasure
Love this bike , run mine daily huge thumbs up , I have forks off the Dakar model with enduro fender , makes huge difference
Great bike
Brilliant video Pavlin, great review, I have always liked that model BMW. 👍🇬🇧
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you thank you thank you. This is exactly the type of reviews I’ve been begging for. Hope you get a Honda Transalp to review, would love your thoughts.
I will do it as soon I have the chance
Great review! I actually love the sound; it reminded me of the sound of my grandpa's MZ 150 ES in the early '60's :)
Very nice test! Good work from u and the cameraman. I had -94mod. 20y ago. Good quality bike! Good to ride, fast or slow. No highway tourer. No crosser.
For everything else, quality bike ,if well taken care of.
Last year I bought a Funduro-99 model for 2000 euro.
I still love it.
Thanks! 👍
Good, enjoy it!
To be honest I would rather travel on this f650 than any of the big, heavy modern stuff as soon as I leave the tarmac. For me much more manageable. And I can fix it. Nice bike.
Happy travels.
Agree
Thanks for sharing!
I like this type of video with old bikes because it reminds me of the good old days when I was young
True
Great review, and great idea for a series of videos. If you get a chance to try out a KLE 500, it would be interesting to see what you think about that.
"Adventure is a state of mind "- love that . And it is great to know you can do it without lots of money X
Absolutely!
Great review! One of the best. Old bike but still good. Why always spend so much money for new tools. " keep in mind that the bike is just a tool the Travel is really matters" ;-) Thanks so much. Great Job. Best regards from Switzerland
I had a Funduro/97 version, with 21" front wheel and higher screen, and was a very confortable motorbike
Soft suspension, light weight, great brakes, big mirrors (those are not BMW neither original ones)
Easily 140-150kms/h with side panniers and topbox
Fuel onsumption around 5lts/100kms.
Nice budget travel, or even city, option
Good
I thought the Funduro had 19 inch on the front. My Strada had 18". Maybe you swapped from the dakar one
This is an excellent review, Very thorough and giving us real world info. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Great review! I choose mine last week, bringing to home next Friday. Greetings from Costa Rica 🏍️🇨🇷
Have fun!
This dude, Pavel is my favorite reviewer of motorcycles.
Thanks, man!
@@motorcycleadventures you deserve it.
U R the king of the road , Mate ....... Love you brother, lots of love from South India.
Thanks!
God bless you all 🙏🏼🌞
Good choice!
Consider that all 650GS are the best BMW to fit for long trip ! But everyone have different taste. I appreciated the presentation and explanation, very clear and understandable. 👌
Thanks for taking the time!
One of the most reliable bikes ever made. I have this one in focus for long time everytime i see it on street. One cylinder, one front brake disc. Almost no maintenance. enough power. This will take you anywhere and will last forever.. How many gears? 5 or 6?

@@motorcycleadventures 6 would be pretty cool. Thanks for great review! little advice: go off the tarmac sometimes
Great to see Frankfurt Oder again. I was born there, but haven't been there in ages. Cheers!
Thanks for taking the time!
It was available in India also with partnership with HeroHonda. But because of price tag of 5 lakhs in 1996, they were able to sell only few units. Then they stopped. It was known as Funduro
This is the video I was waiting for! Благодаря за всичко което споделяш с нас :)
You're always shot the target with your advices! Your channel is a rare pearl Thank you so much
My pleasure!
Another comprehensive and informative bike review. Thanks Pavlin!
My pleasure
Great video. So many details!
Glad you liked it!
Hopefully getting my hands on one of these bikes very soon. Great review. You made my mind up for me.
Glad I could help!
Thank you for this excellent review. I found a 1997 model for a very good price locally, and yours was some of the best insight I found online today.
Glad I could help!
Thanks for the review, I’m tempted to buy this as my first bike, I love the classic rugged design, I would use it to commute daily.
Go for it!
Great review, in the process of buying a BMW F 650...
Go for it!
Thank you for this video. I have just set my eye, on a low millage, white with blue seat 94 model. This as been most informative, and a lot of the comments on here as well.
Glad it was helpful!
Good review. Thank you. Your channel always share real world advise for real world usage.
I appreciate that!
Just bought today an F650 Funduro 😍
Already taken apart carburettors to clean them.
Very nice bike.
Enjoy it

Thank you
Stay safe 🙏
Great video! I would have thought if that does go wrong you have more chance of getting it fixed than something modern machine made of electrics... I might be wrong there and happy to be corrected.
In fact it would be interesting to know the statistics of bikes like this breaking down vs. a modern £20,000 brand new bike (all things being equal) plus what is the chance of new 20K machine surviving the night parked somewhere...
Agree
Totally agree
Modern bikes 😄😄😄 to many electronic rubbish on them this kind of bike can be fixed quite easy on the road .
What a FANTASTIC idea for a series of videos! Very nice and interesting work. Can you also spend some words on well known issues for those bikes, in case there are some?
I will think about it, thanks!
For the F650 the VR is a well documented weakness. Monitor your voltage levels.
Great review Pavlin, very nice to watch. Looking forward for next video from these series. Ride safe
Thank you Borislav!
i would like to see a honda transalp xl600 or 650 review from you... or maybe Varadero xl1000!
thanks for all the videos that you make man, cheers!
I will do it when I have the chance.
Lovely video, I always wanted an F650 but they were too expensive for me new, but now I can afford an old one. Thanks for showing us the video, a great review.🍻
My pleasure!
Awesome review man. Keep up the great work!
Amazing! Almost perfect adventure bike for €1500. Great review Pavlin.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing!
I ended up doing the same thing. Had a '99 F650 and wound up with a '10 KLR. It seems like the KLR always needs something and it's just not as well put together as the BMW
Great Job Pavlin, nice Bike, and the cameraman did an insane amazing good Job ;) best regards
Excellent review. Thank you 🙂👍🏼
My pleasure!
Will be nice to hear your review of good old xtz 660 Tenere (1996)
With pleasure when I have the chance to ride it.
My dad had a 1992 xtz 660 tenere. Lovely bike. Rode together with him a few times when I had the f650 st
Hi, do you know if the maintenance of this bike is more or less expensive than a Transalp from the same year? Thanks and good job
I will say the same
great review, keep up the good work.
show us more budget adv bikes
I've never thought about one of these before, but I might well be a convert!
Excellent review!
Thanks!
Hope you enjoy it!
One other bike one other great review, great work, please kip the reviews coming. Thanks
Hi pavel i am looking at a 98 model next week as a cheap touring bike to visit some of the beautiful places here in the uk.
Made in Noale, Veneto, Italy in Aprilia factory. Ivano Beggio we miss you
@@arvedludwig3584 The engine has a huge reputation for reliability and build quality which is also my personal experience. At 90k km the engine is like new.
I always said The italian people are The best designers and engineers, and not The best manufacturs but close to The best ones. The best not Germans, The best are japaneese people.
Such a great review! I've been looking at these for commuting and occasional dirt road ride. A friend has a 99 version and really likes his. I was worried about highway, but your video shows it could handle the little bit I would need for work.
Glad I could help!
Thanks, man!
Cool!
Thanks for the video, it was very informative. Would this bike fit into a van which is 2.25m long x 1.25m high? If so would I need to remove the screen? Thanks for the help
No idea. Find the size on google
Pavlin, this is a super idea. Thanks for the videos.
Great idea Pavlin! I would lend you my XT660R, cheaper than the Tenere but as good :), maybe if you pass by Portugal sometime, or if I pass by Germany. I will keep seeing this series, good work!
Will be my pleasure
Had one just like that, great bike
Very cool!
I really enjoy this video. I would like to see more like that. Loved every minute. Your editing ia amazing, fantastik video. Very creative and so much to wacht
Noce video!! Im learning english and trying to decide about this one or next model, f650 gs
Thanks for taking the time Luis!
Thank you for this video I just got into the market for an dual purpose bike and am on a budget.
Thank you! I never know this bike and your test is clear and complete. I found one and it cost really 1500 euro, and i think is possible i buy it..
Glad to help!
Great bike, great review! Thank you very much) I just thinking about buying this model or later injector model 2000-2007))) It is rear bike to look something about it, and it is unreal to see it IRL in Southern Russia) Thank you once more!
Great review!😀 PS: It’s a good idea to check your blindspot every time you’re changing lanes... Ride safe❤️
Thanks!
Excellent excellent review . 😉 for 1500eu you could use this bike to go anywhere !! As you say and I say TRAVEL LIGHT MY FRIEND TRAVEL LIGHT 😄😄
True
I just got an F650 gs, with 25,000 kilometres for €2000. Perfect bike for a young guy on minimum wage. I'm really happy with it but I'm slightly too tall. I have to keep my eye out for the Dakar version
Enjoy it!
It is cheap to buy, easy to fix and pleasure to ride.
Great episode. Can you also review the first version MT09?
Whatever I find
