@@lygarcia6994 So, if you are still not that good in English and you want to learn some basic grammar, I reccomend you "English with Christina", the author of the videos speak very slowly and there are subs for each video. If you want to learn more advanced grammar and some interesting and useful vocabulary, you could watch "English with Lucy" and "English like a native". If you want to learn more about English accent, you can watch "ETJ English". If you want to learn some American accent, you can watch "English with Vanessa". And if you want to learn some English from films and TV shows, you should watch "Learn English with TV series". Good luck!
When I imagine myself travelling to London, I feel shy to speak with a native British speaker. But when I think how beautifully polite you are, then I dream one day I'll visit your city. Thank you both. Tom is very nice and gentle!!!
I am speechless ...... together you are awesome and this video is so useful, practical and pleasant. Thanks a million! Now I can say this: you two are definitely the best 👏 🙌 P.S.: that was not coffee, it was dirty water 😄
Where I'm from we always use "I want" and "give me" for ordering stuffs, is quite normal though and is not seen as rude. You dudes are perfect pair and make us feel in London.
I’m from Iraq , my age is 30 year . this is video it’s more from amazing , I wish you make more from it , trip between people and all examples from real . this is best video see in all my life about learning English , Thank you so much . all love to you 🌹😘.
2 things I always been curious, 1} why sorry instead of excuse? 2} What about this "Cheers" in the end of every sentence? Thanks a million... cheers! 😁
Cheers is like an informal way of saying Thank you. You may use Excuse me or Sorry, it doesn't really matter. Excuse me 1 a polite way of attracting the attention, especially of someone you don't know: Excuse me, does this bus go to Oxford Street? 2 used to politely ask someone to move so that you can walk past them: Excuse me, can I just get past? 3 used to tell someone politely that you are leaving: Excuse me a moment, I'll be with you shortly. 4 used to say sorry for something you have accidentally done: Did I take your seat? Excuse me. 5 said before disagreeing with someone: Excuse me, but aren't you forgetting something?
Well, totally this video answered a lot of questions I had about how to speak to Brits. I'm from Mexico, so I speak politely all the time, always apologizing, and I think, in that case, it won't be a problem for me to do so. New expression for my personal dictionary is cheers, just to say goodbye or thank you, I think. I didn't know they use it for that. Thanks a lot. I'm your big fan. I love British accent, instead of American. Cheers
Keep making videos 'London walk-around' like this, i really like the way you give the examples and apply them, it's very easy to understand, and i hope someday i can go to London haha, much love from Indonesia 🇮🇩
I'm working at starbucks now in korea and this reminds me of me talking to foreigner customers in english 😆 thanks for your video! It was very helpful I'll study hard and if i visit London one day,i want to try talking to them in english !
I was pleasantly surprised to see two of the most handsome English teachers together!!!!You are both awesome and this video was so useful and pleasant!!!You two are definitely the best!!!Cheers!!!!!!
Hi, there. I teach English as a foreign language here in Brazil but have never been to England. Nonetheless, I found your video so inspiring and realistic. It felt as if I was going around London for the first time. This video will be a must for my lessons about going shopping.
Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross cultural relationships
I am in London to improve my English and today was the first time that I took the tube (picadilly😊 ) I decided to follow you because I have a hard time to understand British accent, and it was hard for me to Find someone to talk to, but I will come back. London is so beautiful and so fun
I always use "May I please" as an American. I was brought up in an Italian American family and my mother especially was quite emphataic about using "manners," please, may I, thank you, etc.
Guys, you're so good together! The vibe is amazing! I really enjoyed the video and not only because of the useful phrases you covered but also the cool interacton between you two! Can't praise it enough! :)
What a cool duetto here!!! You are my favourites! I don't care if I do a lot of mistakes,I love when tourists come to Italy and ask me for something, and I can help them! So go on and continue to teach us how to improve our English in a so wonderful way!
Brilliant video! when I saw this on the list, I thought 10 minutes long maybe was going to be too much but you guys made it feel like an instant, cheers!
Great, competent and real teachers. This is efficient and beneficial way to acquire the language. " real situations of communication " My sincere greetings and respect my teachers 👍👍 Enjoy your time
This is an amazing video besides providing English in real life situation. It's very helpful for English Learners and especially for tourists. Guys, I give you props.
It's funny, in french too, we always apologize before asking (for) something. And, we have to say "Hello", right behind the "Sorry/Excuse me", or you're being rude !!! Thanks for the video, guys. ;)
Hi I am Psy. I have seen you in Tom's video. It was hilarious when you had fun gestures in that video. Today is really practical and surviving English in London. Thank you. I look forward to seeing next video.
Love the video and both of u together 👍🏻 U cracked me up when u said: we are British, we are weird, we apologize for everything 😂 I was just thinking why you said sorry at the beginning!
You both accent is very beautiful & amazing. Really I follow your East London English accent (Cockney accent)& I also suggest my students to follow this accent.
I am an American and coming to your country in the Fall of 2022. I find your videos so educational as the last thing I want to do is come across as brash, arrogant, or rude like some (not all) Americans can be. I think some Americans are just so used to speaking in this way that they desensitize themselves to it, which is very sad. They do not realize it. I want to make a good impression and not come across as a bumpkin from the states!
Two my favourite English teachers made a video together, today is exactly good day.
Yeah amazing this guys my best 😻
