  • In this English class I'll help you learn English words, vocabulary and phrases to talk and write about air travel. Air travel is a very popular way to travel, and it is certainly the fastest way to travel! Once we're back to normal in the world I think people will once again travel and so right now is a great time to perfect your knowledge of English travel vocabulary.
In this English lesson I'll help you learn and review words like gate, boarding pass, arrivals, departures, airborne, flight deck, cockpit, and more!
As always this may seem like a basic English vocabulary lesson, but don't forget that as I speak I'll use many additional words and phrases that you can also learn and enjoy using!
I hope you enjoy this English lesson about air travel and I hope you're having a great day!
Here are the slides from this lesson: docs.google.com/document/d/1B...
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Hello Bob my name is Ehsan I'm from Iran your video helped me a lot in learning the language and I wish we had an English teacher from Canada or America in our country Whenever I went to class, none of my classmates paid attention to the language teacher In my country, I was looking for a foreign teacher who would not translate the English text and would have to speak only English. And now I will get to know your TH-cam channel to learn many things about canada

    ✈✈✈
    Part 2 is definitely needed.
An approximate set of topics (the first thing that came to mind):
✈ How do you talk with flight attendants from the very entrance to leaving the plane?
✈ How do you ask for help with placing hand luggage?
✈ How do you ask a neighbor not to sleep on your shoulder / not take off their shoes / don't talk loud / don't hang their elbow over your seat / to close the curtain by the window?
✈ How do you ask to let you go to the toilet from the window seat and back?☺️
    ✈ Emergency announcements of course.

      we use gerund (ing) :
      - the verb is the subject of sentence (learning english isn't easy)
-after certain verbs (hate, enjoy, stop, like, fancy, finish, love, mind, dislike...) (I like studying English)
-after prepositions (about, after, as, at, before, by, for, in, of, on, to...) (I'm afraid of flying)
      we use infinitive:
      - after adjetives (easy, ready, happy, difficult...) (This sofa is unconfortable to sleep on)
      - after certain verbs (want, need, plan, decide, hope, learn, let, make) (I need to buy... )
      - with would like/love (I would like to go to Ibiza this summer
      - to give a reason (I went to the library to study maths)
-after modal verbs (can, might, should, would, may, must, could...) (I can cook very well)
I hope it help you :)
