C1 and C0 damage are pretty much the same with the right combo. C1 is just comfier since his stamina is much more manageable, and he doesn't have to rely on a healer.
while not wayyyy better, c1 wrio feels COMPLETE. its classic hoyo baiting everyone to spend on this game just to make characters feel complete. c0 wrio feels like playing nahida with her burst EM buff locked to c1

You meant c1r1 maybe? C1r1 is better than c2r0 Wrio has only his first constellation as key damage improvement. C2 buffs his burst which is not that much of a necessity for wrio since he damages mostly with normal and charged attacks. His signature weapon is quite good, if you have furina his signature is universal. Otherwise only for wrio since
