Healing bonus circlet would make a difference. My xilo btw can heal 11500 per tick even at c0. If we want to only maximize her heals then with natlan forgable sword and 2+2 to healing and def she's able to heal 13600 (4200 def). With c5 she can heal about 16200 (or 13600 with usual scroll build)

unfair you did build kuki and yaoyao wrong. You built kuki with ME instead of HP. My kuki can heal almost 6k+ per tick (yours 3.8k.) My yaoyao can perfectly heals 75khp+ with no problems. And you didnt heal with barbara basic attacks 🤷 , her elemental solo is slow you MUST use barbaras basic attacks if you pretend to heals a 60khp ally. What about kokomi burst? 🤷

Kokomi has a passive that decreases crit rate by 100% but gives her 25% healing bonus. Personally I don't think it is the best tradeoff by Mihoyo, 100% crit rate is much more valuable than 25% healing bonus, it really should have been something more like minus 50% crit rate for +35% healing bonus.
