@@smigget3415sheer force is just overkill in a belly drum mon. Thick Fat allows you to take on chi-yu/flutter, other heatwave users like heatran, and completely shut down snow teams. As for some tips, the best thing is knowing when to bring which setup mon. I’d say it’s cetitan about 70% of the time but when it looks bad kommo-o can usually cover it. Don’t be too afraid to bring no setup mons either if you’re fighting haze for example. Other than that, just do everything you can to get setup and keep the setup mon alive!
@@smigget3415 speed evs hit 112 which speed creeps a lot of mons hitting 107, which is for dragapult if you have tailwind. Trick room is great for the tailwind matchup, potentially reversing trick room, or making sinistcha faster in end games so you can get strength sap off without worrying.

The reason you didn’t get a burn is bc my opponents used up all the burn rng on me. I get burned first try almost every single time and if not the first try, a double burn the second hit

I user this in s1 and two with Armarouge and Indeedee but was life orb sheet force over over kill power. With Sinistcha this should be way better
