Definitely something I want to try, but the new update blocks the Speedbox and bricks your motor until you strip it all out and wipe it on a diagnostic! A few people are reporting this at the moment, and it voids your warranty immediately, as it leaves a trace on the system that can't be removed! However, the Speedi seems more straightforward; unfortunately, it doesn't have an app or anything like that, but it doesn't connect to the motor to leave a trace if you need anything from the warranty. Kinda puts you off with the warranty void and system trace sure there would be a way around this 🤔
So sad, it killed my bike again - the "February" onwards batch was recommened but I only managed 171KM before it went into limp mode again. I follow the usage instructions to the letter, and to be fair it's been much better behaved (no crashes, speed freezes, reboots etc.) but it didn't take very long for it to be detected by the latest Bosch firmware.
Hi, in the comments below one of speedbox's 1.b video, there is a guy (Filip) who claims after limp mode took the bike to the dealer who uploaded a new version of the firmware, then clicked on a selection to tell the program that the bike is manipulated and since he has no issues with errors. I don't know how true that is so I asked him if things are still ok after 8 months, I'm still waiting for his answer. Will let you know if he answers.
Please tell us if this is a real thing. I asked my dealer when i had 2 limp modes with 1.0b. They said to succesfully installed many 1.0 kits without anyone complaining.. thats why i think they could manipulate it by software.
@@fubar1075 I heard that not every dealer has access to that function in the diagnostic tool, you need a special dongle for that and probably a password from Bosch directly. Not sure yet if that's the case cause I asked Bosch dealers but they hadn't heard about it or didn't have the dongle.
@fubar1075 Of course they can. They just don't want to. They don't sell you products they basically have leasing agreement since consumers are not supposed to have the right to repair our own purchases.
My (Canadian purchased) 2022 SCOTT Strike eRIDE 920 has the BOSCH Performance Line CX GEN-4 , which has 5 plugs all with wires going into them . Is there some other product or adapter that I'd require to make this work?
Do you use it with the navigation running? Without errors. I will install mine next week and want to know it I can use it with the navigation GPS on phone. Or don't have a phone connected? Thanks.

I have a newer rim magnet is there no tuning chip for us?

still working without problems? After reading the reviews, many of them stopped working.
Just use Volspeed or Speed Fun
Got an error code twice within 2 weeks. Riding 35km/h. Its not worth it to me. I even got the error code while riding.
Have to wait after every ride for the countdown! Just put a diferent tuning by VolSpeed or Speed Fun

Remove the FLOW completely, I just removed the speedboat as not compatible with "SMART SYSTEM"
don't do any updates .. it will crash .. like I did !

what's the top speed with the speedbox 1.0? systems without smart system easily reaches 45km/u. Is this also with smart system?
50 km.h. The video is for the Smart System and the bike is equiped with such engine!
