The Return of Caretaker - Episode 31 (Mark Angel Tv)

- In this episode of Mark Angel TV titled The Return of Caretaker, Mark Angel reclaims his title as Caretaker as he takes the matter to court.
A meeting is held in the compound, Base 10 opens the meeting by introducing a man in black with an outfit. He is a lawyer. He came to notify them of the case filed against them at the court by the former caretaker, Mark Angel.
Mr. Azu hearing the lawyer mention Mark Angel's name, burst into anger and starts shouting, as usual, he is warned by Nwayiocha not to shout as Mark Angel walks into the meeting and urges him to shout more as he calls him shafts wale and the lawyer to not talk to them again till they meet in court. Nwayiocha cuts in and asks to know what they are charged for and in response, Mark Angel explains how he was brutalized in the compound many months ago by Nwayiocha, Base 10, and Mr. Azu when he could not afford to contribute money to pay for the repairs of the water pumping machine in the compound.
The lawyer then proceeds by stating the possible jail term they could face if found guilty of the offense. This made Nwayiocha and the rest of the tenants scared and want to settle the matter outside the court as Nwayiocha ask the Lawyer if they could settle the case outside the court, Mark Angel is happy hearing this as it is exactly what he wanted as he says he is ready to settle the matter outside the court to avoid sending people he likes to jail. He then brings out an agreement stating that Nwayiocha would step down as the caretaker and have him, Mark Angel take over power from her.
Nwayiocha does not like the idea, but has no choice but to sign the agreement as Mark Angel reminds her of the years she would spend in prison should she not step down from the caretaker position.
Nwayiocha signs the agreement, then Base 10 and Mr. Azu.
Mark Angel is happy that his plan to get back is position as the caretaker after many trials have finally worked.
