Since the tenants in Mark Angel's compound as the Caretaker became familiar with his tricks of getting money from them, he came up with another unique plan by inviting Prophet Bombs to give them prophecy, and the money that will be generated from the prophetic work should be shared accordingly. But Prophet Bombs doesn't stick to the plan, he rather get money for himself alone and left the one who planned the whole thing behind, provoking Mark to expose him to the tenants.
