Instead, since she was trespassing and acting irrationally, they should’ve immediately called police to distance themselves from the situation and to ensure there was a paper trail if they eventually required a TPO. The police would’ve had Sarah involuntarily committed in hospital for a full mental health evaluation and subsequently released to her parents. I don't know where this superstition of seeing the bride before the wedding is bad luck originated from. But it seems the bad luck comes from not seeing the bride. And it doesn't matter if the cheating is a one time thing. It's still a choice and has consequences and it shouldn't be done while you're in a relationship, about to get married, or even been married for a while.
