I just winterize my rv....i tried multiple things, even with the wrench i could nit budge this....i even tried heating the top w a lighter....thanks 4 the tip....i never thought to leave the low point drain open...i will try in the spring....thank you
Thank you Sir! I have my filter in such an awkward spot (I also don't have the proper wrench). As soon as I let the water out at the low spot BAM came right off.

Yup, just shut the water off of course and release the pressure with the low point. Comes off super easy
