RE: your video problems with focus, colour, brightness etc.... The main problem could be that you are using your phone to record, and the cameras on phones aren't made for this kind of work, but even if you are using a proper camera, you are using it with the controls set to auto, and they need to be on manual. The problem is that the depth of field (the distance that the lens keeps in focus) is too short - maybe only a couple of centimetres or so, and as you move your head, the focus shifts from your face to the article you have on the wall behind you. Also, the colour and light changes because your aperture is too narrow, and it looks like you are using natural light instead of a proper photographic light, like a ring light. If you don't have one, consider buying a real camera (they're not expensive) that has manual controls and set the depth of field control to around F8 or F16 to give you a greater focal range. Then set your shutter speed to work with the DoF setting you have selected. This will give you complete and consistent control over your recordings. This sounds like my man of eight years. In the beginning, he was super confident, almost arrogant, wined and dined me, and tried to throw me for a loop.
