THIS King is cooking a casserole on the stovetop this afternoon of this weekend. Dehydrated hash browns, dehydrated mashed potatoes, bacon crumble, Brussels sprouts water from boiling them 2 days ago, and for the Coup de grace, slow cooker beef drippings with mushrooms. As everything dehydrated absorbs the flavour from the drippings of everything else I cooked this week, it will be transferred into Tupperware and cooled overnight in the fridge, to trash the glycemic index OF this casserole.
Tomorrow, the casserole will be served WITH the refried regular ground beef and mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. A meal fit for a King? I’ve offered to cook for her on MY birthday (it was a Saturday of last month), but I haven’t had any response(s) at all, this entire calendar year. Her own birthday is almost exactly two months from today. If she is THAT intimidated, perhaps I should choose someone else for companionship. Sylvester just wasn’t the same with someone else’s companionship. Perhaps I will require a matching perfectly sculpted companion to get reciprocated efforts. She just doesn’t seem to feel up to the task.
I am in the habit of doing my daily exercise and reverse-aging routines, but eating my heartiest one meal a day as quickly in the morning as I can, and then do all of my health readings routines. Stretching, shaving/showering, acupressure points routines, remaining personal hygiene/getting dressed, making bed, cleaning and laundry (includes washer/dryer, sorting/folding and dresser loading), which is all for a specific purpose, a greater, MUCH greater purpose.

More than a billion batteries of standard construction energy storage potential would be required to store the energy I generate/regenerate DAILY. Everyone else believes that all of it has to be taken by force and/or stolen from others. The Germans regenerate from forest vacations because they surround themselves with high energy generating plants and trees.
But the truth is that the source(s) ARE the high vibrational frequencies themselves. The low vibrational energy frequencies are fear, and jealous hatred. Love is the HIGHEST of them all. The 14th Dalai Lama keeps trying to make it simple by saying that, ‘Whatever you wish for others, you get for yourself.’ THAT Is the most perfect method for generating that which IS self-generating energy in unlimited supply. I keep telling anyone/everyone who connects with me, that you will never again know boredom, nor loneliness, nor fear. And to proverbially ‘never experience a dull moment’, and with the absence of the drama that follows everyone else’s struggles. ‘

There is one person in my life, who that I since first met them….stabbed me in the back repeatedly, treated me like garbage.
