Her damage isn't great, but she is replacing characters like Verina or Baizhi on teams, who are both characters that don't really do much damage either.
@@saintontas
True! I honestly would LOVE to use her more but I have a S1 70 Verina with a 70 Stringmaster and my best set of upgraded echoes. She is just too good. My Taoqi is S5 and she still doesn’t compare to Verina. I am definitely investing in Taoqi anyway because she’s such a cool character.
@@TCFDS wait for resonance skill based characters (*cough*1.1*cough*). She'll likely become much better then. Currently no dps is very res. skill based; Lingyang is the closest, but he is probably the least popular dps.
@@doug3454 I think Yinlin actually might count. Prydwen's calcs show that over half her damage comes from her skill because her Sinner's Mark stuff apparently counts as Resonance Skill damage. Might be worth a try, even though she's not technically a main DPS.
Changli (next character) does most of her damage with resonance skill, she will be the best support and a massive dmg buff to her
We all love her for obvious reasons but in terms of useability you'd be much better off using jianxin with the 3* blue gloves as a 3rd support after verina/bai. Maybe with Changli the odd outro could offset jian's grouping utility.
I'm not using her even after jinhsi and changli release she is the less underrated when it come to be known for good reason as the most boring Char of the game :ReallyMad: I'm just in Skill buffing Outro character waiting room. anyone will be cooler. dunno why they made changli working on ult and not skill btw, missed opportunity to give another incentive to pull on both.
the concerto is just bad on taoqi.
what are you talking about? they have only Verina and Baizhi other than this 2 just DPS and Sub DPS
Taoqi has big problem generating concerto energy, they nerf the gain from forte atk and no longer increase the concerto, until they release a set that increases the concerto energy stay away from this character, maybe in paper she looks great but in practice is almost unplayable and really annoying to play
No, she not underrated, she is rated accurately : WuWa is all about building outros FAST, and Taoqi is the slowest at doing that, while also having a very meh kit (loses all enhanced normals if she dodges, etc).
Good video but PLEASE Google how to pronounce "concerto". I can't believe how many content creators for this game can't say it right! It's a musical term. Please look it up!
Why whould you use 3 supports(sustain characters) in tower of adversity if you can simply reset without losing anything? It's way better to put characters that provide some utility and damage. Also why you say that she used with danjin? Taoqi dont bring anything special to her. Dont mislead ppls with such claims
You do realize if you reset the floor you lose all the stars for it? There's no way to get 24+ stars unless you have 3 teams.
@@saintontas huh? i'm saying that you dont need sustain character in any of your TOA teams cos you can just reset room over and over again. You can change equipment and characters and not lose any progress. Or at least you can use 1 sustain char. like verina in floor were you think you can die a lot, but it is not required. Wuwa not genshin were you should bring sustain cos if someone dies - you cant progress further and you should reset from begining
@@al_m8have you considered that people would just rather do a bit less damage and not have to reset over and over again?
@@kacper0563 Thing is - you lose a lot of damage, and you wont reset over and over. First rooms very easy and you can solo them, worst-case scenario you potentially can die in room 4. If you want to use sustain you can use Verina in both rooms, it will require 8/10 energy. Also resets are very fast, you need to beat only 1-2 waves of mobs. In the video - author say's that taoqi good because you need 3 sustain character's for 3 teams, which is not true and is a poor argument for why she might be useful(same as argument that she can use healear set and 'bell' echo, which a lot of other characters can use too). So you dont need 3 sustains, but if you want - whatever, it's just not required.
@@al_m8 it's not required, but most people would just rather have the comfort of having a healer/shielder on the team. She will also be an excellent support option for Jinhsi so all the more reason to build her if you like her
