Sometimes I can't believe the number of young people, from all countries and all races and religions, who continue to perform Beatles songs, with such devotion, respect and musical quality. I am proud to belong; to the generation that lived through that time. About to turn 73 years old and delighting me with his music on January 6, 2024.
E eu com 78!
I'm 62 but it was my childhood music.
Me too. 66 yrs old.
The Beatles were literally young lads when they wrote these masterpieces. 50+ yrs later and we are still awed. No one will ever replicate their talent, their harmonies, their orchestrations, their lyrics, their genius. I keep hearing that this group or that singer is the next big thing... nothing. The older I get the more I realize how lucky I was the whole time. I kept looking when they were always there where I had left them. It will always remain Beatles forever.
Agree totally, even though I am now 72 it still puts tears in my eyes. I think our generation was blessed somehow for having such great music to listen to growing up.
I am now 42 it still puts tears in my eyes too@@JohnDoe-tw8es
You are absolutely correct. I was born in 1948 and the Beatles and modern music and fashion totally changed my life when I went to Exeter University in 1967
Você disse tudo.
George Martin
A thousand years from now the Beatles music will be kicking ass.
The greatness of this song is beyond definition.
Yes, Lennon and McCartney, with the support of George Martin, were geniuses.
Amazing in their 20’s. Wow.
@@malcolmgilbert3420noup, This is a collaboration between John and Martin and Ringo´s amazing drumming
@@bertenqvist7324woke up…McCartney
1967 - to think the Beatles were just young lads when they wrote this and much more, all of masterpiece standard. Now played all over the world by top class Orchestras.
George Martin made that song work.
Yes! They were almost teenager...
@@Versul1 He is influential no doubt, but would he have agreed with you, I don't know.
@@coleparker George Martin was a very humble man and I suspect he would disagree with me. That said, the orchestrations for this song brings the song to a whole other level. Even the last chord of the song is iconic and used as Beatles advertising. Who would think to use 9 grand pianos played by 12 players just for an ending chord?
@@Versul1 I don't disagree that he was very influential, John, Paul and George mention that in every interview. But don't forget, it those three that were the CREATORS OF THE SONGS, THE INSPIRATION. In an interview George Martin state how amazed he was with their song writing and their concepts. Too many people have in their comments make it sound like, The Beatles were studio musicians for George Martin to employ for his music.
Melodia maravilhosa, por décadas e décadas, admirável para sempre!! Parece referir-se à sociedade britânica, de forma crítica, acertada. Melodia fantástica!!
"A day in the Life" is the best song ever.
😢
That is just brilliant .🤛🤛🤛🤛
George Martin, you were the true genius who produced this epic song!
Martin added the symphonic pieces without which the song would be a silly daydream song of little consequence.
Beautiful song. The Beatles are the best that was in the 20th century.
4 guys did such a splash) now it is forever....

Amazing musicianship. Absolutely perfect. Great music, great musicians!!
Fantastic orchestral arrangement...👍👏👏
Oh how fortunate we are that EMI assigned their classical music guy George Martin to the Beatles and that he took that responsibility seriously! RIP Sir George!
That and his years of doing comedy albums gave him an ear for sound fx. It also made him appreciative of the Beatles sense of humor.
Yes, this and Eleanor Rigby and so much more
This is a lullaby of the soul.
Without this masterpiece in this world ,
this music world would have been very lonely and insipid ,
and the enjoyment and pleasures of the music would have been less ,
and I would feel that the music world is like the taste of stale beer

The greatest song ever written.

What a brilliant arrangement & production. I well remember laying on the floor in our living room teaching myself all the words to this song. 50 + years later & it’s still a stunning piece. And I still remember all the words. ❤
A wonderful version! Performed with obvious love.
The Beatles were class, classic, and worthy of being preserved by orchestra.
Fantastic, thank you.

Ok yoko !
Don't understand why some people try to compare Lennon and McCartney . Those people were born to create marvelous songs together for a particular time. Neither of them is worse or better. And of course Starr and Harrison were important part of the band
They do it because they want to feel clever in the ‘I know something you don’t brigade’
4 geniuses in their own right ❤
*Amigo... Lo dijiste "Exacto".*

Wow this song give me a total different feel with live performance 😍😍😍👍👍👍
Wundervoll gespielt....Gesang von Sara Löfgren einfach extrem gut und passend!!
Really good; well worth listening to. Cheers!
Stupenda interpretazione d'un brano meraviglioso, grazie!
very nice performance... Reo Brothers doing an impressive cover of this song with just four members...worth to watch!
wonderful version! Very moving!! Great!!!
Fantastic, lovely music. I had to laugh when the bald men sang: I dragged a comb across my head: 🇬🇧🤣
These guys did an excellent job performing this song probably best rendition of this song other then the Beatles themselves. This group should post more music I’d be inclined to listen in when or how that happens. The very best song of all times hand down no question.
It took the Beatles w/ their 5th member, Sir George Martin, 5 months to complete St. Pepper and it's no surprise as to why with the production involved in this timeless masterpiece and the others on that album. Just the variety of instrumentation throughout and the arrangements involved...not to mention, they WROTE the songs, which is a monumental task in itself.
Thanks muchly for the info!!
Not to mention that they did all that work on a 4-track tape recorder!!! Can't even count the times they had to mix down tracks.
Ficou muito massa!!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏
What a great Cover!! Timeless and materpiece
Excellent...excellent...great version!
As a drummer piece and love as ringo would say much love ..love this keep the beatles alive ..love you xx
Stunning, but one has to wonder about how the singers thought about the lyrics, '4000 holes in Blackburn, Lancashire.... now they know how many holes it takes the fill the Albert hall'. Even with English as first language this has to be pretty challenging!
I have always thought it was a comment on the arbitrary and common place of our daily problems.
@@trevormiles5852 I was thinking about words being so odd to sing in a language other than Northern England English.
I love the absurdly literal interpretation of the lyrics by the two male singers.
Added to my favorite list!! The accents add to this wonderful music!
Fantastica interpretazione e commovente... Thank you
Amazing voices and orchestra!
Fantastic job!
Oh my ! Just another day in our lives...Thanks for sharing ❤

I thought 64 years old was a long way off.
But I'm about to be 64 years old.
