Hey - yes I coach an Egyptian and it's always a tricky time of year due to the forced fasting and fitting training around the timings, I feel from experience, it's best to go into a maintenance mode to be honest as the body is under stress. Everyone is different of course! Good luck
@@andybrodziakthank you for the response and insights . I was thinking of once in every 3 days strength and walk every day if possible. And once in a week recovery ride before breaking fast . And currently I am building and close to Feb last week land on a negative form like -10 .
