- Great Adventure's Green Lantern coaster is arguably one of my all time favorite coasters and one of the more sentimental coasters I've ridden in my life. However, the General Public and some Coaster Enthusiasts beg to differ about this ride. In this video we will be talking about how I ride Green Lantern, while offering tips and tricks I use whenever I ride this one of a kind coaster! Hope you guys enjoy!

Our stand-up coaster down at SFOG is considered to be the best out of all that exsist in the chain. It's not tall, has a compact layout, and is very smooth with almost no head banging.
After my recent ride on it, I’d have to say that statement is possible. But green lantern has always been a favorite of mine, we’ll have to see in 2024!
I hate people that “sit” on the stand up coaster! Stand up coasters are amazing!

Great commentary and great video overall, but the music is VERY distracting. It was difficult to focus on what you were saying.
I need a reply urgently, I am literally on the way to the coaster, how to avoid leg cramps? Again urgency is needed
In today’s temp, it would be best advised to remember to stay hydrated and to take breaks. Some things I’ve read say that common causes are from overworked muscles and activity in high temps.
Other advice would be to simply just walk through it, this was advice given to me when I experienced a cramp during track practice. I hope this helps!
@@coaster_crusader I didn’t go on, line was decently long, as in not even close to a walk on, currently boutta hop on Supes instead

Should you have your knees bent?
It is recommended that you have some give in your knees, but not too much give to the point where you are not able to stand up straight
@@coaster_crusader Thank you very much! This year I'll be going to great adventure for the first time and I wasn't sure how to ride a stand-up coaster. This video made me more exited for green lantern than I ever was!
