- Looking at possible differences from an apartment to a hotel holiday in Sunny Beach, the biggest resort on the Black Sea, located in Bulgaria. Whichever you would choose do book and come.
Daytime its pools and the beach but at night it comes alive with fun bars, tasty restaurants and entertainment on every corner. I walk an early evening in June 2024 to show you what to expect on your holiday here.
What another great video, as always. It was lovely to finally meet you. Both ❤️
Mena is one of our favourite bars they do the best cocktails! We didn't know you have your very own cocktail amazing! We will be sampling one of thoses when we are next passing by 🍹we were so really chuffed to see we featured on your video 👏 ❤
A few people are surprised to see themselves in a video. We love stopping in the Mena it is so comfortable.
A great video Andrew it makes us feel like we're there thank you so much for your videos Andrew ❤
Weather is amazing here, so many messages from people in rain. Keep watching and you will be back again at some point hopefully.
Great to meet you the other day. Thanks for the tips on filming as well.
Glad your getting some value from the videos. Great to meet followers
Hi Andrew, I really loved this video - so thankyou! ;)🤟
I loved the Italian with the drone ,never realised it had that roof. It's a big retractable one.
Hi Andrew, we have just returned from our first visit to Sunny Beach. We found your advice very helpful in your videos. I agree all inclusive is not great , the food is not Benidorm. But I LOVE fish , and enjoyed a lovely whole sea bream and sea bass also, so fresh. The head, tail and bones don't bother me. Could you tell people about the public toilet and paying for toilets this was a big surprise.
I will do a toilet feature lol. I never use public toilets myself , go all day before home. Free in bars, having a beer at Mena cocktail now and toilets are the hotel ones very nice.
Thanks for reply, I know a toilet feature is a bit weird lol, but the spend 2 leva to go is a bit weird too lol
Great videos , me and my partner went to sunny beach 2 years ago as a last min get away in a cheap bed and breakfast , enjoyed it so much we came again this year with our first son , we all absolutely loved it .... will be back sooner rather than later ... funkys pub has great entertainment night if your after a laugh and a bit of a slurp lol , would highly recommend jupiter streakhouse for food , had a amazing mix grill from there and they also do bingo nights which the full.house pot is always close if not over 1k lev ( book your table on bingo nights ) otherwise you might not get seated
Susan has done the bingo at Jupiter. There are so many places to enjoy here and lots of entertainment that sets it apart from other destinations.
Thanks for another interesting video. We are in Sunny Beach in a few days time and staying at Secrets for two weeks,-so, hopefully, food should be fairly good. Re your comment in the video, we hadn't thought about the schools breaking up and being busier soon. Nothing against youngsters at all, but, as fairly oldies, at least the hotel is adult only so shouldn't be too noisy. I'll look out for your hat and sunglasses whilst we are there and maybe say a quick hello. Thanks again for your hard work in making these videos.
Yes it gets a big influx of children and universities and colleges so younger set at night food will be good there it's top end as I was saying in the video
@@sunnybeachlife5860 Thanks
Hello, miłego weekendu
Nice weather
Great video Andrew. I am a subscriber from New Zealand. Look forward to meeting you in Sunny Beach in September. What is open around the 20th of September. Are most places closed?
You will just catch some of it. Soon as we go into October it's all closed apart from flower street.
The main thing i like about Sunny beach is, it does what it says on the tin. The sun always shines with mainly a blue sky.
Certainly now, it's really hot. We do get a definite summer unlike the UK when it's a few days hit and miss
One great advantage of booking a hotel is the possibility of "all inclusive". THAT is fantastic. Good food, any time, and lots of it. Unless you're a cheap skate you can still try the restaurants. ❤ Perhaps you haven't noticed but you're the only one wearing sunglasses when the sun's gone down, Andrew.
The biggest complaint we hear is all inclusive food! In a few top hotels it's great, elsewhere something a bit lacking.
@@sunnybeachlife5860 Might be right but I've stayed at two MPM hotels and the food was magnificent. Top hotels? I don't think Kalina Garden and the Astoria are considered "top hotels". I always book charter and those hotels are less expensive than most others.
@@BackSeatHump I can take the hat and glasses off and blend in a bit . For selfies I have to keep getting them out so wear them whenever filming.
@@BackSeatHump I don't think you would enjoy the 3 star all inclusive
@@sunnybeachlife5860 Thanks for the advice. I'll make certain not to book a 3 star, then.
We are doing bed and breakfast in Hotel Mirage in Nessebar in 3 weeks. We didnt like the idea of all inclusive, could you tell us what time the last bus is from Sunny Beach to Nessebar,as we will be going there to your meet ups when we arrive?
Do come along for a chat, its just round the corner to the main bus station. Mirage has great location.
I arrived yesterday and I’ve been to spiders, condor, iglika bar. Jacks, Corner bar already. Where should I head next?
How about Mena cocktail, nice beer as well as comfy sofas for a rest.i was in there this afternoon. Looking forward to crossroads on Tuesday night.
@@sunnybeachlife5860 ok I will try it. I’m at crossroads right now having a nice cold beer. Weather is fantastic and the staff have made me feel really welcome! 🤗
Can you do a walk round hvd club bor hotel please
We don't do hotel reviews normally unless invited. The hotel is in several of our videos though. It's highly rated by people we have talked to.
Walked from New Nessebar all the way to the Majestic Hotel and back today. Was hot though, like +31 degrees!
That's a long walk, your fit!
@@sunnybeachlife5860 Yeah lucky young me! The Sheraton looked quite empty and dull, hope they get more people staying there as the weeks go by.
There are some lovely ones near bobs bar round the corner from the royal sun don't think any are for sale though
The prices are high, many were hoping there would be a lot for sale but hasn't happened.
@sunnybeachlife5860 still a hell of alot cheaper than the UK though that's the positive
I would like to own an apartment there and doesnt seem too expensive either
Not compared other countries, cost of ownership is reasonable.
Coming end of September 30th how far is the igilka from the ivana palace and when does the clubs close and is old nessebar far from the new one,and is it essy to get tickets to watch the local football team
It's basically flower street at that point. However Nessebar is fine and on bus Burgas is a great day out. Ivana is a fair walk to flower street but 2 leva on the bus.
How far is the Royal sun hotel to the fenix
Around 15 minute walk.
Glarus sports bar tonight for the match yehhhhh
I will find a quieter bar without a TV. Not a sports fan at all. Make the most of it.
Just had a walk up flower st this aft and then went for a beer at Daks Irish bar
It's better now cooling down
Is ivana palace nice hotel and near most things
It's north end , cut through to the front in 10 minutes. It's a fair walk to flower street but plenty of bars and restaurants around it. Look at our video last September, back areas busy as we filmed around the hotel area walking in from Lidl.
🖐️ dzień dobry
Good day
Hi do you know where the hat makers are?
Our hat man is opposite the sweet shop next the dune hotel, north promenade
How long does it take to Wark to the fat cat from the kuban please 😅
About 20 minutes stroll
Very disappointed in you Andrew you should have had a bottle of red wine glass no good to a Irish man Oliver Enniskillen
I was being good, going back to the apartment on my own.
