  • Bentonite clay is one of the most amazing healing substances this earth has to offer us. Bentonite clay can be turned into a gel and applied to wounds, bites, stings, even injuries or it can be taken internally by mixing it into water to help draw out poisons, chemicals, toxins, heavy metals, etc. In this video I explain how to use it in a variety of ways - even as a toothpaste!
Please take note that the $8 resource is not food grade clay - I only use this for topical applications and choose not to use it internally.
You can purchase pure bentonite clay at these links:
    clayterra.com/Claudia/ ($55 for 6 lbs + free shipping)
    www.RedmondClay.com ($50 - $60 from local health food stores)
AzureStandard.com (set up an account and pick up from drop off location) Cost is $36 for 6 lbs (+ small cost for shipping)
Sometimes Amazon sells the 6 lb buckets as well at good prices.

Just an FYI, storing the Bentonite clay in plastic is okay, but when mixing and it becomes wet you never want to mix in a plastic container as it will pull out the chemicals/toxins into your mix. I recommend always using either a glass container or ceramic container.
    Excellent video! Thank you!

Hello I am From Spain . I am using clay for more then 35 years externaly and now internally also.
I had amazing results specially in burnings even my face. With all kind of things like strain ankles,
big boils, tonsilitis, to my wife a heavy door came down to his foot in the toe, also we heal it with clay.
Many more . I did it with clay that I took in the montain red like the clay that you find in Colorado or Georgia where We lived for some years.
Before also we used bentonite, but I did not realized also how is. The clay that I like the most is the red one is full of iron.
I appreciated very much your videos. May the Lord continue to bless you abundantly is our prayers. I am now in Switzerland. We are starting a
Course of Natural Remedies. Jose + Anna-Marie Berbel

Have been using bentonite clay on/off since the mid 1980s after reading "Our Earth Our Cure". I am a FIRM believer in the health benefits. I was happy to find your video showing exactly how it should be done. I was drinking the clay in the bottom of the glass. It doesn't taste bad at all, but I like your idea of drinking the water and leaving the rest in the bottom. Thank you so much for spreading the word about this amazing natural healer provided by God.

I read years ago when I first started using the Redmond pure clay, was that it was mined from an old evaporated ancient lake bed in Utah, where in ancient time there were a line of active volcanoes that over time had deposited their mineral-rich ash from deep within the earth onto the lake. The lake dried out long time ago. The lake bed is what is left and is very deep with this volcanic clay. The edible, pure clay is mined from the lake bed several 100's feet below the surface that has been protected from the elements for thousands of years, what water does reach this clay has been filtered thru hundreds of feet of the lake bed, whereas the cheaper clay is mined easier from the top of the dry lake bed where atmospheric toxins, etc. have been pulled into it and are more apt to be present. I read this from their information section many years ago, their RealSalt, which is quit healthy and sweet, is sort of the same way but it is actually mined deeper, from a different site.
One thing I did learn that was important, is once you have reconstituted the clay into a paste or clay water in, as it will leach and pull chemicals out of any container it is in, and it will then be in your clay paste or water, they said it even pulls toxins and such from the atmosphere its self, so not only were you to always store the paste or water in glass containers only, but to also make sure once reconstituted, that you keep a tight lid on it till used. It has something to do with its negative electrical charge the clay carries that pulls, this might be important if you put the reconstituted clay in a plastic pitcher or container, it may, as I was told, leach chemicals out of the plastic. I want to say I heard this from Redmond its self, so I'm not sure how they work that out toothpaste tubes and such, but what material it is may be resistant to this pulling.

I cringe in the summertime in Phoenix AZ when gas stations have large outdoor displays of bottled water cases.

For burns the best thing there is is the clear of an egg, you apply the clear of it unto the burn area, it will dry and hold the skin together, and it will let the skin breath - You need to drive the heat out of the burn part- You can apply as much egg white on the burn part to fresh it up. Better if you keep it on the fridge for the cool feeling. Keep on doing this until the burnt part heals!
By the way I drink all of my mix. I used a mix like the one at 1:32 and I mix a tea spoon or 2 of it in a glass of water.

Thank you for the video and for sharing your insight on bentonite clay. One thing I’m confused about is that, I️ thought that you could not use metal with the clay, I️.e. mixing in a blender with metal blades. Perhaps that would only apply to clay mixed with water. If you could give some clarity on that, it would be helpful. Thanks again

A coffee grinder will work too. I use it to grind all my herbs and just maybe we do want the powder to enter our lungs maybe it will get that plaque phlem off. I notice when i drink clay it pulls more mucous out and old green virus phlem. Where a mask when u go number 2 though it can get quite a toxic smell when it iis released but u know it works when u notice over time of use u dont stink anymore. If u can take a dump while someone else is in the br with u and they cant smell it u know u keep it swept out. Sounds nasty but i look at all my bms. Its necessary for me to help determine the health of my intestines and how i should eat my next meal. Hard clumps or.muddy says no more meat and bread. Sour smell says no more acid forming foods. Remember u should be passsing your last meal before your next is how i like to do it. It helps me keep from feeling groggy and bloated. Plus u wont crave as much food like some who have to snack all day. Ur body will now kniw when it actually needs nourishment. Not just like a quick fix high to satusfy a craving

what is the reason to just drink the water from the top part? and do you have to discard the liquid /clay that has been settled? and just drink the clearer mixture?
