Victor is a really well spoken man and I have tons of respect for him. Way to go to turn that stereotype around that every Nigerian is a scammer

He telling the truth as it is.. most of those scammer guys you read are just a few lowlifes that are excited about quick cash... and their English usually sounds pathetic... The real regular Nigeria is vastly intelligent and academically skilled...
I am Nigerian, and I totally endorse Victor's message... In truth, I have not really faced any of these challenges as I do have working and technical partners in several countries outside Africa...

Thank you for seeing us for what we really are hardworking people. I'm a Nigerian and I'm so happy you made a video on this, and to expand on what Victor said, the number of Nigerians that are scammers aren't half the youths based on several factors, for one, most youths do not have the technical skills to operate sophisticated scams or even access to Paypal, Moneygram, etc... They are brought on board by the few people who do understand these online exchange services.. Another is that we youths aspire to take care of our parents by culture so we often like to hold ourselves to a high esteem and in that regard I believe the ones involved in scam justify their scamming by claiming "half the youths do it", whereas its a small group that outsources through the illiterate and unemployed men and women in the society... I work hard online legitimately selling and buying domains.
The next stereotype to tackle are those videos about Nigerians living in mudhuts around wildlife and eating raw meat and crickets, lol...
We don't live around Tigers, Lions and Giraffes, I've never even seen any of those creatures in my life.

You all need to understand why western media do this. First to scare African-Americans so that they will never hope to return to Africa and the US/West loose a lot of labor and money. Secondly, they need to oil their ego to help reinforce their believe that they have the best political/economic system. Thirdly, they always want to find a way to justify slavery/colonialism. An average westerner is owned by a bank. If you are in Nigeria, nobody own you. Is what you see that you will "eat". And what you own are yours.

Ben, I'm impressed with what you're doing and you you offered help, well done. I'm actually a Nigerian, and you're absolutely right about this. Nigerian youths can be creative and hard working but there are very few opportunities here that's why many Nigerian youths are into this. Because of this bad impression people have about Nigerians, it has made things difficult for many people including me to be trusted. I'm a website designer but I'm yet to find a good opportunity, because many people said they couldn't trust me. But on a general note I really love what you're doing.

As much as I love your work, I totally agree with Victor's assertions on Nigerian youths.
The truth is Nigerians are very industrious people. Take me for example...... After my graduation from the university, I went for my youth Corp service, I was posted to a rural area, a village called Mbar in Bokkos lga in Plateau State of Nigeria. I did not say because I came from the city (Lagos) I observed what people in the village do to make a living which was potatoes and maize farming, I engaged in it and excelled in this so much so I was able to start my family from what I was making but on getting married my wife wouldn't want to live in a village, I gave up crop farming and stayed without a job for 3months before I got a teaching job which I managed. Saved up money and got myself a dog as I love animals a lot this later turned into something big as kennelling is now one of my major source of income and am also into poultry.
Whatam driving at is that not all Nigerian youth are scam artist as your video seems to be portraying us. Thanks

In fact... there are different standards / definitions for honesty. So... I would excercise care and awareness whenever dealing with anyone, including from our Western societies.

Nice video once again. I AM A NIGERIAN, and I can tell you that there are A lot of serious and talented young people here in Nigeria making legitimate and decent income for themselves.
Personally, I've trained over 300 Nigerians on how to import products into Nigeria and sell to make decent money.
So why we're fighting to redeem our name, my team and I are trying to see how many young people we can take off poverty in Nigeria through the little skill on making legitimate income in the Ecom Niche. Because, lack of money and JOB drove 98% of these scammers into doing what they're doing.

Well, I am glad to see these videos by trying to help orders from being scammed by people that will not use their skills and idea for something more important or better, or to affect the world positively but rather ripping off people just to show off at the end of the day, and thinking they have a good job. The thing i am not so happy about is how this affects other innocent people who are busy trying to use their skills. The truth of the matter is I am a Nigerian, and proudly Nigerian, and i will not pay for the sins of another lazy Nigerian, and for a fact there are so many good and hard working Nigerian. But with videos like this people are very quick to make judgments of every Nigerian being the same. And I have had some experience that ended up going the wrong way, all in the name of Nigerians. I will not deny my country, the only i can do is rather be a better Nigerian. I am a Music Producer, Teacher, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, A Multi-Talented Musician, Singer, Song writer, Bassist, keyboardist, drummer, sound engineer, percussionist, etc (you can check out my TH-cam page (pentatonickc) to see somethings i am trying in my own way to get my skills to the world, heal some heart, make people feel happy, giving hope to people, strengthening people suffering from broken relationships, etc. Through singing and playing the piano, and also through entertainment, etc). Everyday i still try to perfect my craft. i don't get so much sleep but putting myself to work. I think its extremely important that its clearly stated that NOT ALL NIGERIANS ARE SCAMMERS. As there are Good and Bad everywhere, I don't its fair to rub off on others. But never the less. I like your videos, I just advise for the clarification of NOT EVERY NIGERIANS ARE SCAMMERS, there are so many hard working Nigerians, looking for better and legitimate opportunity to work and see how to make money and also contribute to the world. And so many that are lovers of doing legit jobs even if they don't need to sleep just because of the love of their job and also to make living while they also share their skills. Thanks Once Again and Great Job You are doing...
    Regards...
    K.C

yeah i know the pain then your talent/skill don't pays off, cause here in eastern europe artist are basically worthless, no job, they pay minimal wage all the time no matter how much degrees you have, maybe if you have high degree that may take time and even a decent budget that 65% of the whole nation wont be able to afford anyway. unless you fight and argue to get higher sallery that may end mostly in not getting hired.
except in my case i feel like a real ghost no matter what i touch my hand just go right trough it, i can only touch my job but its painful at times welding in the cold for minimal pay.
i know the pain of working a job that you hate but you wish to become an artist or use your creativity but sadly some dreams are doomed to remain dreams cause of the forces beyond your control. even studying at the same time while having a job is same result cause you are too tired or too sleepy to continue.
