Thank you Anoma. I live in NZ. If possible do some upcountry(Uda rata) dishes for us to follow.For example kadju maluwa,polos ambula,amba ambula, agunakola malluma, thib batu malluma, thal kola ambula,mushroom curry(mushrooms picked from the estate) etc It will help us a lot.I still remember eating them at aththama's walauwa.I feel sad now for not learning from her.Thank you very much for all you have shared and taught so far.

That is the rock salt I used. Which is my sister sent me from abroad. You can use normal sea salt. That is the best.
