Assorted Peppered Meats is a combination of , beef, goat meat, cow foot, ponmo, and tripe mixed in a tomato-based sauce and garnished with mixed bell peppers.
The ingredients used for this recipe are
1/2 cup of oil
5 red bell pepper
2 large onion
2 scotch bonnets
1 can of plum tomatoes
1 teaspoons curry
1 teaspoons dried thyme
4 stock cubes
For the garnishing
1 red bell peppers
1 green bell peppers
1 yellow bell peppers
