Igranic pacent Phonovox Gramophone pickup C 1929

Well conceived single coil / Horseshoe form Magnet Pickup made in 1929 by the Igranic Electric Co. Ltd of Queen Victoria St. London. this pickup was also available in a tonearm version which featured a slightly different needle armature suspension & cantilevered needle holder. The needle holder on the add-on, as shown here had a useful triangular needle port to accept Triangular Bamboo fibre needles as well as thorn's & Steel's. A decent & early Electric Gramophone pickup from the dawn of home audio Electrification.
