For anyone that wants maximum Slice uptime, run the Aeon Cult exotics with Sect of Vigor in 6's. Every time a teammate dies you get 20% of your class ability energy, letting you spam your class ability A LOT.

One of my first rolls was Slice/tap the trigger. I loved using this thing with Fighting lion.
I'd gotten a dynamic sway + tap the trigger on the first trials week and honestly really liked it. I was waiting for this adept version since
I sweated out for 6 hours, was too burned out to try it. What are your thoughts? I have the same exact roll you have.

I got slice / kill clip (adept) and it’s awesome. Ammo bricks can be managed to proc kill clip. Best PvP damage bump. Slice helps me get a kill and then reload and melt. Great with fighting lion. 👹

Been wanting this gun since it was announced, with the cranked stats and unbelievably stacked perk pool. Got the adept three hours after Trials started and HOO BOY this one was absolutely worth!!! Absolute banger of a trace rifle for sure
So according to DIM, Saint's rank 10 roll this week (Dec 22nd) has Slice Tap the Trigger (with Arrowhead/hammerforged enhanced/tactical Handling MW).

Hey TV. I went into Trials yesterday with the standard version of the Incisor & went Flawless. My Adept version has: Corkscrew, Particle Repeater, Dynamic Sway & Killing Tally. It has a range Masterwork. What Adept Mod would go best with it? Stability? Backup Mag?
Stability if you can
It's hard to not land crits on this thing the exotic traces are a lot harder to use than this
This week was buns in trials
Not adept but i have a chambered tac battery slice tap the trigger roll and a slice target lock roll. . . . . PvE and PvP covered. . . .they nice.
Don’t really play much anymore but I tried jumping into trials because this gun looks cool. After my second win, my next game was 1 guy on each team would kill everyone and then they would run around and respawn you and let the other guy kill you. Rinse and repeat. Probably won’t touch destiny again for a few months lol.
Went 7-2 but got the flawless on my first card this week, got dynamic sway killing tally on my adept. Paired it with rain of fire boots to keep killing tally up- got my very first We Ran!!
I got 2 adept roles:
Dynamic sway + tap the trigger
Slice + hatchling/tap the trigger
I basically kept one for PvE and PvP
I feel like slice is really good on this trace for PVE since you can spread the debuff so fast.
I've lost 17 games in a row.
I got so damn lucky on my adept rolls so far I could stop now lowkey. I got a zen with tap the trigger OR target lock with hammer forged tach battery or particle repeater with a handling mw. And another with dsr tap with slightly diff barrels. Every time I kill someone with this trace I just giggle so hard. Its like useing the best auto in the game that turned into a vex laser and ur just using that to beam guardians just so goofy but actually effective. 😂😂🎉🎉

I got a random drop just playing matches. I'm mediocre at pvp but the playlist is pretty busy with pve mains trying to get one. Give it a shot!

The old frostbolt “i got 70 kills” therefore that is evidence the video claims are valid….i’m sure you can get a 40 killstreak with many guns that people wouldn’t normally use in crucible. That combined with new CBMM 🤷♂️

@@TrueVanguardkinda true tho. People who are above average in this game can slay out with basic white weapons in pvp, when some people can’t land a shot to save their life in pvp with the best god roll weapon.
@@-thebatman-except in the video i mention the streak once but the entire video is looking at empirical evidence like base stats in comparison to other traces, listing excellent perks and combos, and recommending build options to optimize. All of that stuff is absolutely true regardless of a kill streak I had. I have no idea how me being good at the game makes all of those actual facts irrelevant. Should I be absolute dog water and lost the same information? Would that make me a more reliable source?

Ok, so what i think thebatman and @trickyBasterd were trying to say, is the trace is good, but you are the one you is using it ,meaning, me and the other 2 users you commented, can´t do 20% of what you do with this gun (and other guns too lol). I live in Europe where Soccer is king, let me put it this way, the ball is the same for everyone, but why does Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi, can do what other players cannot? after all, the ball, the game, is the same, Skill @TrueVanguard, at the end of the day you have an understanding of how to play pvp most players dont, like when to push, when to retrieve... in conclusion, you are to good, no matter the gun. Went solo flawless this morning... Smallbore, Tac Battery, Slice, TTT, Range MW... Bruh...😑 The joint has has 93 range and 95 stability. (That's 39m, for anyone wondering.) Where do I even need an adept mod? Lol. Handling, maybe?
I have two Subsistence/Killing Tally rolls for PvE. One of them, I can even interchange with Target Lock.

I have been using it since the start of the season. It’s fantastic I knew I needed the adept just by using its base version. I got slice and target lock. I think target lock helps reach beyond its range as slice is going to reduce their damage at the same time. I think tap the trigger offers more of a close quarter style and target lock is for the long range. I prefer it as most people I play like holding back (especially check mate) and the thing is it’s easy to get the ammo. The ammo economy is good as it gives 89 compared to the 50 in regular crucible. I honestly say if D2 moves closer to this game style target lock is only going to be a more needed perk.
target lock would never proc in. 1v1 on a trace cause of its mag size how slow are you?

I got a fluted barrel, projection fuse, zen, ttt roll last night with range mw. Never tried it yet going to see what the hypes about later 🙌
Subsistence/TTT on my first one, hopefully I can come up with something better by Monday night but it feels pretty good.

I got a Zen - tap the trigger roll 100 range, 90 stability. It's disgusting.. oh and with your briar binds build for inspiration i've gone on nutty streaks. Haven't unlocked strand yet on the warlock but maybe I'll need to give it a shot XD

Best roll I have is dynamic sway with tap the trigger. I have a slice and target lock roll that some people seem excited about but idk. Target lock isn't great on this unless you can overflow the mag

It’s nutty in PvE huge total damage
Sure it's good for a trace, except it has a .77 optimal ttk that u will almost never get because it requires 12 critical. Compare that to an auto rifle and u get the same easier to achieve ttk with roughly the same range, and it's primary ammo. And even IF u can get the same ttk, is it rlly worth sacrificing unlimited ammo for 2-3 meters of range? Imo traces need a buff in both pvp and pve, as there only real place is with cenotaph in pve.. its a special weapon which gets outperformed by most primaries.

I knew it was gonna be a fun gun after getting multiple team wipes, it's so off meta that people don't know how to react against more than i though
It's essentially a killclip autorifle, you peak shoot it or you die.

Trace rifles should have never been moved to the special spot, exception being agers scepter. Even with the buffs, only this one is considered viable and only because it’s stats are completely juiced and slice gives u extra time to kill. They are meh at best with a slow ass ttk when compared to other specials, only ones slower are glaives. Even erianas vow, one of the worse specials in the game has a faster ttk. And it’s viewed as one of the worse specials with a 50% crit ratio required. The only advantage they have is the reach, which other primary weapons match or straight up beat in both range and ttk, and that’s before u start counting damage perks or abilities. I mean radiant gives 180 hc the same ttk as a radiant trace rifle. One requiring 10 crits the other requiring 3. Honestly wanna add some change to the sand box, bring back trace rifles as primary ammo weapons, if this one weapon didn’t exists I’d argue u wouldn’t even have to change the ttk, but because this one weapon would be broken as a primary (just like shayuras was an outlier) probably move the ttk to 0.8 seconds.
It seems like the no-brainer pvp roll would be zen moment/target lock. TV says "target lock isn't going to help you as much as you think" but doesn't say why. Can anyone tell me why?
Sorry, yeah so Target Lock doesn’t work great on things that shoot fast. Basically, Target Lock doesn’t end up kicking in fast enough to actually change the TTK. The TTK ends up being identical so it’s a waste of a perk slot.

@ShutchyerLips no. Target lock scales off of mag size, so a big mag size means it takes too long for target lock to proc in pvp. Conversely, target lock is really good on weapons with small mag size like smg :)
I just cant seem to get more adepts to drop after flawless so I turned my card in, got a couple good pve rolls but not quite there for pvp

Remember that you don't really need the adept version. So you can try an earn it solo with rep. After 2 hours I got zen moment tap the trigger and zen moment target lock. Honestly it wasn't to bad the population is quite high atm

Killing Tally is shit on traces. I don't really understand your reasoning here. Did you even check TTK values? Recommending a kill perk that needs 2 kills to move the TTK is wild to me. At least Kill Clip can go on insane streaks with a .6 TTK.
With all due respect, this is over hype. It's not that great in PvP, but I'll grind for PvE God rolls. Still love you, TV.

I digged into Trials today after playing CoD and then The Finals. Coming from The Finals, even with Trials Destiny feels like a game for old people. And i say that with a tear in my because i did play Destiny until mid last Season religously for 8 years. But i don't feel it anymore. The content is dull and pvp feels old. But hey let's see what Final Shape offers. Until then i take a break from Destiny. But who knows maybe it's a break forever.

I'm done with destiny. I been playing since day 1 I'm sick of playing modes I don't wanna play for a certain gun. Especially when your doing the same thing over and over and over again. I don't think I will buy the last shape. I loved the story but it's just not worth the grind on this game
