Great advice for telling people to try out a martial art, especially if you lack self confidence. Once you get through the initial anxiety of your first class it’s life changing imo
Martial arts are life changing for victims of bullying. I’m a black belt in taekwondo, and my younger brother always said he didn’t want to learn a martial art, but once when I was getting him from school, I saw 3 or 5 boys slapping his books on the ground, kicking him, so I went over there and roundhouse kicked one of them(the kid only got a bruise, nothing serious). I never seen or heard him getting bullied again. He ended up picking up BJJ, which is what my dad wanted me to do but I didn’t know what that was at the time so I didn’t think it was cool
I’ve always hated that weird thing people do after you elbow them they almost take it as an insult they start double elbowing you or knee elbow spamming you
The problem is that many players only use elbows and knees and is so frustrating because it's a powerful combo and it's completely unrealistic. So when your fighting and your opponent throw an elbow you think "shit here we go again".
Idk I avoid the combo all together even avoid throwing the knee itself because of how entranced all my opponents get by it and they think it's an invitation to just spam those on me. At this point in the game, it's easy to see coming and expect bc all the players I fight do it. even if u elbow them once. Or a knee. Makes them extremely easy to counter and pick apart. Then taunt bc they know they cant do that shit to you without them getting emotionally hurt.
Very excited to see the streams coming this month!! Still waiting on that high level players stream 😉 I like the idea of UFC 5 streamed wishlists and stuff like that. Seems like a very good opportunity for the community.

@@TheIpwnkyle Tough fight to call but I think Burgos by tko or decision. Burgos is a pressure fighter and always in shape. Barboza doesn’t deal well with pressure and won’t be able to kick as much or effectively with Burgos walking him down constantly. And back to what you think Burgos is extremely tough which he showed in the Emmett fight and especially with 3 rounds it will be even harder for Barboza to finish at least with going to the body.

One thing I've always told myself is it doesn't matter how much older or younger you are if someone is giving you advice you should always take it seriously.

Darren Tills camp is just like a torture camp. Like they measure success in the amount of blood they draw as well as how many bruises they can see on the body. If he is going to be champion, he's going to have to keep himself safe cause you don't want to go into every fight with a broken rib.

I really hope they create Shane Burgos before his fight at UFC 262 against Edson Barboza.
Who do you see winning? I think Barbosa wins by 3rd round tko with body strikes. Burgos has great offense, but his defense is lackluster.
