Thank you Sumit for sharing this! I'm trying to do this for a night sky with a red cottage in foreground? I tried the initial steps but it's selecting the whole image? The night sky is black with some stars in the view? Can I use this method for this kind of image and how? I would appreciate if you could share some tips on the same. TIA!

The method of removing the background is different for everyone. Depends on how your image is and how you remove it. It is difficult to explain in the comment box. I will come up with a video on this topic in future.
