550w is perfectly fine for this combo, but just barely, anything higher on the GPU side of things and it may cause failures.

CPU load is around 50%. I suppose it's because some cores are at 100% and some are chilling. It would be better to show per core stats

yep, but the gpu never reaches 99% or 90% at least

you can usually determine this if your GPU isn't at 100% usage, even if the game isn't very intensive, if its only running at 80% you aren't getting the best performance possible

its because the cpu isn't powerful enought to fully utilize the graphics card + it could also be driver issues on top of that.
