The same goes for rhythm battles, Nintendo has a patent for that game mechanic so no one else can use it.
Would it be legal for the Oddity team to release a slightly more remixed version of this track? Like, I am genuinely curious about how big of a deal that would be.

I agree with the first three, but Mother 4's Snowman to me is like watching the snow fall gently while you're driving through your home town.
For me, it gives me the begging of a year vibes. I live in the sierras, and the beginning of the year is a winter wonderland
