Don’t get a lennar home, they are overpriced and quality wise, they are lame and kinda section 8. Also, they are to close to each other.
I recommend everyone to get an inspection before purchasing the home, and make sure it looks good! Also, you get three different warranties (one up to 10 years) when you buy the home incase anything is wrong.🙌🏻
