KHATLI is a gravy made of daal and leafy vegetable tat is palak or cakut ki bhaji khati baji etc, KADI is a gravy which ia made of grains like KABULI CHANNA, LOBAY, MOONG,BALLAR etc BHURTA is a gravy made of tomato. all this gravies are served with white rice and as a side dish u can serve KOFTAS, CUTLETS, HARE MASALE KI PHAAL , TOMATO KI PHAAL , FRIED FISH, BOILED EGGS etc
Chaar is the watery extract of leafy vegetables ( bhaji ka chaar) with added spices...whereas the same..applies to hard ingredients which as base..be it coconut base( khopre ka chaar), black pepper base for (Kali mirchi ka chaar)...etc with added spices. Mostly leafy vegetables are watery and ingredient bases are semi thick.

this masala adds a special aroma and taste to the gravy . In my previous recipe CUTT ANDAY KOFTAY i hv used this masala . Plz do try this
