Receipe is nice and easy and not even consuming lot of time. Earlier I use to boil Horsegram about 4 to 5 hours. Good one the only thing I can suggest is do not use non stick and aluminium utensils. As they are the most unhealthy . Either use clay pots or steel cooker and utensils.After making such a hard work and efforts let the meal remain in its most healthy state.
